Though I don't know about the post-smoking breath smells, I am also anosmic (have been for all my life as well). There are only a few distinct things I can smell.
Just keep using mouth wash and brushing your teeth 2-3 times per day, maybe keep some mint gum around at all times
I heard that in some cases if you take it apart, and put it in a bag of rice, it will dry it up. then you can put the phone back together and it works like it was brand new.mac906
