Just in case you check this thread again, your resolution should be set to 1360x768; that is your TV's native resolution.

Comrade is some bs program that is required to enter into multiplayer matches held by gamespy I think. It's required to do MP like in Crysis if I remember correctly

ditto but sometimes the visual gain is worth the hardly noticable slow downs. still suggest you test it

ah I c, thx. my tv is also one of Westinghouse's first models made over 2 years ago. and the rt on this tv is fine, never saw problem beyond this one explosion/shootout in Doom 3 once

is there anything...simpler? Xfire runs in the background taking up CPUspeedand has a lot of features that imo are just fluff. there anything that just tracks hours played of games played and that's basically it?

i use a 32" LCD HDTV.

question, so if i lower my resolution to maybe 720p instead of 1080i i will get a better fps?
