An English Civil War era piece would be great. During that time al kinds of crazy stuff was going on on the continent, the US and, of course, in the UK. A sort of 1600-1850 game would be perfectly placed as a combination of gunpowder and regular arms. Players could really evolve their own style. Swamping riflemen with pikes, keeping the enemy back with cannon before sweeping in with cavalry. Another Shogun or Rome would be agravating. Pick another era all ready!
I tend to play Civ 4 online against my friends. Its too difficult to play against stangers (I cant shout at them for one) I also like Battlefield series.
Mmm, out of those I'd suggest Fable, Mafia and Psychonauts. I've only actually tried Fable, but intend to buy Psychonauts as soon as I can find it somewhere (Steam is only a last resort).monco59
