So, as you see, its pretty much balanced, tough decision to make. Which one should I go with?

Explain to me how its balanced when the PC also has the 1st three good points on the PS3?
Or can you not lay down and play PC gaming? Can you not plug a PC into your HDTV? Can you not use a PS3 controller on a PC?
MW2 didn't even have gamepad support. I have 2 say that even though COD originated on PC (COD on the ps3 is almost unplayable if it weren't for the auto aim in it) MW2 is something that was better on PS3. Sometimes I wonder if people realize about 95% of PC games lack PC support, even though it's been around for over a decade.

By "sitting case" you mean How it sits right? It sits vertically. Luckily I can use Windows XP; My Budget is Under $1000 and for now I will use the spare case just to save $40-$100 AMD Athlon II X4 640 $100 Seagate Barracuda 7200 1.5 TB $85 I still need some help with the PSU, Motherboard etc.
