I've read in many, many articles that Hideo said MGS4 is just not possible on any other system, so unless they make a completely watered down port of Hideo's final piece of art, but I doubt that's going to happen.
It's an announcement for PS3 owners, maybe you should learn to read something properly before flaming a console like every other fanboy on this site.
