I have only one problem with the system, bass. the small sub sounds ok sitting in the corner, but i know its capable of way more. (I like bass) I used the system settings to put the sub at +6 (the highest) and the speakers at -2, it sounded marginally better. But i know it can sound alot better, since i have put it on nearly full and thats when it sounds right. Only problem is the rest of the speakers are WAY too loud for comfort. What can i do to increase the bass output? I do realize i could have paid an extra $100 bucks for the same system with better fronts and sub, but this was a gift back in november. I looked for the higher models sub on ebay and such, but no luck. and it has to be sony because of the specialized wiring they include.. (i hate it)
iam havin a friend over for the night and all i have is assassins creed, no multiplayer games. so we will go to blockbuster tonight to rent one, but what is the best multiplayer game? (not online but local)
Well hopefully that got your attention, anyways i just bought a 40 gb ps3 on saturday, and decided to buy assassins creed. As i generaly love games of the type. it fricken blew me away. best game ive ever played imo. Now im only 14, so i dont have much money left after buying everything. so heres my problem: i beat assassins creed in 2 and a half days and im now left wondering, what to do with my ps3? i put my music and video library on it and the psn is hooked up. what can i do until the 14th when i get some money for a new game? and also what game should i get then?
well iam looking into buying a ps3 fairly soon, and specifically at best buy in edmonton canada. see i have $250 in gift cards there and some cash to pay for it. now budget is a little tight for me being 14, i dont have a job with midterm exams and stuff so yeah. on bestbuys ca website it lists the 40 gb model for $399 and it comes with graw2 and rainbow six vegas. where the 80 gb model with motorstorm (yes it is still for sale in canada) is $499. i have exactly $425 bucks, and it might take a bit to save up for the 80 gb.
now i would have no problem with that, but i know i wont need the larger hdd, and the only games i would play on the ps2 backwards compatibility are guitar hero 1 and 2.
right now the 40 gb looks pretty good, but im still not sure. opinions?
