I'm so ****ing nervous right now.

I learned today thanks to a phone call by my friend zeo_max that Hilary Duff is finally, for the first time ever, coming to Puerto Rico to give us a concert.

I went into a state of extreme panic and my nerves were about to break!
I was sweating as if I had just participated in an olympic event!

I inmediately logged on to the ticket pop website to buy the best ticket available. The website was crapping on me and it rejected my purchase many times. But I didn't give up. I kept trying even though my hands were shaking as if I had just drank 2 liters of coffee. Then, after much trying, I was finally able to make the purchase. I managed to buy an arena ticket, it cost me $125 but it was well worth it. I'm so ****ing happy now!

The concert is on November 13th at 2:00pm. I'll be the first in line. :)

Launch Dilema

Damn!

Xbox360 has like... the best launch linup in history ever!

There are quite too many launch games that interest me but I can't buy them because i'll never have the time to play them all.

Here are some lauch day titles that interest me:
-Perfect Dark Zero (the #1 reason i'm getting a 360)
-Dead or Alive 4 (teh hotness!!!)
-Elder Scrolls Oblivion (quite possibly the best american RPG ever)
-Call of Duty 2 (looks like it's going to be the best WWII fps to date)
-Project Gotham Racing 3 (these graphics are mind blowing)
-Quake 4 (I loved Doom 3 and this looks even better)
-Condemned (looks scary as hell)
-Saints Row (awesome GTA clone)
-Frame City Killer (looks..... killer)
-and a few more

Of those i'm only getting PDZ at launch. But i'm getting DoA 4 and Oblivion later in December. The rest i'll rent.

And those are launch titles. There's more greatness to come in 2006.

:)

oh NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The game Ninety-Nine Nights is not coming to the U.S. !!!!!!!!!

Bye everyone... I'm going to jump of the top of a building now.
Without this game I see no reason to live anymore.
It was nice meeting you all.
If you want me not to kill myself then convince Microsoft to bring this game to America.
But hurry, I don't have much time left.
This is the game's official website.

Please! I'm begging you!!!!

PS3 pwns the 360... hard!

After seeing the alpha Metal Gear Solid 4 trailer i'm convinced. PS3 owns the 360 beyond comprehension.

Some people argue that Gears of Wars looks equal but it isn't true. I have seen the 720p trailer and it looks nothing like what a true next gen game should look like. The MGS4 trailer on the other hand looks "orders of magnitude" better than any other game I have ever seen before.

I am what people would call "a graphics whore". So I must definitely get the most powerful console. And it turns out that PS3 is more powerful than Xbox 1.5 (i mean 360). On a 480i TV Xbox360 is nothing but a glorified Xbox 1. So for the 360 you need an HDTV to see the games look next gen. And if you buy a $1,000 TV you'll definitely want to do more with it than just play games, but only the PS3 allows you to watch HDmovies. So PS3 is the true next gen system.

Perfect Dark Zero is reason enough to buy a 360... but it is 1 game vs many. It is PDZ on 360 vs....... FFVII, FFXIII, MGS4, DMC4, GT5, and GTA4 on PS3. And even though i'm sure PDZ will get a 10 on it's review and it will be the best FPS game ever and PS3 will have nothing to compete against it on the genre ever...... FFVII will still own it (by a small margin though).

But a problem arises from all of this... The PS3 doesn't release in America until Fall 2006. How the hell am I going to hold over when all I have is a piece of kiddy trash GameCube?!? Simple... I'll buy a PS2 (again, my old ps2 died in 2003). The new DDR game releases in September 27 so i'll buy myself a slim PS2 around then. I'll also buy a few games I missed like DMC3, MGS3, FFX-2, FFXII, and etc which will help me waiting the whole year that is left until PS3 releases.

2006 is looking better for a next-gen system right now

I just saw the trailer for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and it looked amazing. And it is done on PS3 alpha kits  (we all know those are weaker than the final kit). It seems PS3 is quite noticiably more powerful than Xbox360. Plus the Blu-Ray drive for HD movies adds a lot to the system. We'll see at X05 if Microsoft has what it takes to compete (but for online 360 is the law).

Also, with the unveiling of the Revolution's controller, it seems wise to wait until everyone has already shown everything they've got. Nintendo has yet to show a lot more things. And Sony has that conference in January 2006 where they plan to answer all questions that have yet to be answered.

One thing I have started to despise through the years is having multiple systems. For such a reason I sold my GBA the other day. Even though it had good games, PSP was still the better system (and by a lot). So I kept the better system and got rid of the thrash (the GBA). Same thing when I had PS1 and N64, PS2 and GC, etc. Life is easier when you only have to worry about buying games for one system for each category (only 1 console, 1 handheld, and 1 pc).

So next-gen it's: PSP for handheld, and one next-gen console (PS3 or 360). And after seeing that teaser video for the Revolution I would consider that something different; so it can be included on the list as something else and buy it.

blahblah blah...

Ok so today I took an examn and that son of a ***** professor made it very hard and very long. So I didn't have time to finish it!

Also I bought Burnout Legends. I purchased my PSP in March when it launched but I have had only one game since then, THUG2. So I finally bought myself a second PSP game, Burnout. My third one will be GTA: LCS.

Burnout is pretty good... but the aliasing is terrible. Sony should really consider having hardware antialiasing on their systems. They all suffer the same problem. Maybe with the PS3 things will change. And Sony should beware because Xbox360 can do 4x AA (OMFG!).

Yay! Tokio Game Show Yay!

Oh noessssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!

My mouse is running out of batteries again!!!!

It takes 1 hour to charge them with my energizer charger (since the one that came with the mouse died).

I still have quite a lot of programming left to do tonight (college work).

Maybe if I didn't have a window open on GameSpot I would have finished long before the low battery light started flashing.

stupid mouse!
