 I'm playing Oblivion and the thing I find surprising is some of the quests you are asked to do seem way above your level, or am I not doing something right?

Two examples [SPOILER ALERT]

I'm being asked to get a ring from a well. Now when I dive down and take the ring it is so heavy that I cannot swim out of the well again. I assume I need the bouyancy spell but I'm only Level 7 and it appears I've got to be something like Level 20???

 I've been asked to collect the scales from 12 of a particular type of fish, however, at my current level tha seems a long and laborious task - surely it shouldn't be that bad.

 But then maybe, I'm not enchanting my weapons like I should?

Thanks for the help, I just find it incredibly stupid that after all this time, today, one **** who probably made the complaint after losing, is now forcing me to change my name. I'm sure it probably seems like nothing to most, but as I previously stated I've grown fond of my name. wow, are you kidding me? I played COD4 for a year, and it easily the best online shooter ive EVER played, in regards to finding matches and lack of lag. The ONLY problem is when host leaves, game ends, which is dumb. From playin R2, id have to wait 5-10 minutes for matches to start, becuase they have that dumb option of not starting game until EVERYONE checks ready,, youll always got a couple idiots who leave for 5 min or whatever and you have to wait. To this day, ive never played a game where you literally enter online and find a game and enter it within a minute. COD:WaW won't miss you
