Bad ad??? That ad was awesome sauce!!! Their informative and hilarious I mean come on they do everything man!!! But I do see were your coming from about kids never seeing the light of day.The sole blame for obese or unmotivated kids falls on the shoulders of their parents not a game system. My daughter loves LBP she has spent countless hours on it creating lvls or playing co-op with my wife or me. But at the same time she is still active in sports and playing with her friends outside. I don't allow her to just stay in all and sit on the couch that's unacceptable in my home. That is a bad ad, saying staying inside is better then going outside for kids. Just what we need, more obese kids. Oh well, kids will be kids and always enjoy going outside.

I wanted to like this game. It has absolutely beautiful graphics and character animations, but it's just stupid and godawful beyond belief. The enemies are space nazis with glowing red eyes and evil British accents? Seriously? It's like they took the two most common enemies from shooters, aliens and nazis, and thought it would be a good idea to combine them. Then there are the sluggish controls, idiotic squadmates who die every 30 seconds, the drab endlessly brown environments, and the junky weapons. I just couldn't shake the feeling that I was playing a bad knockoff of Call of Duty mixed with a bad knockoff of Gears of War, and I don't even like either one of those games very much. The dialogue sounds like it's straight out of the beginning of Tropic Thunder. There's even a token black grunt and a train section just like in Gears. How did this truely awful game get such high reviews? Was it just reviewed based on its graphics?
Finally someone else who dislikes Killzone 2, I have no idea why this game got high ratings. But I do know that right after I posted a negative review of it to this site my inbox was flooded with hate mail (mostly morons who can't spell). But to me it felt like an unpolished Halo wannabe.
Its nothing like Halo??? Unless you mean their both FPS then you totally right.Nice flame bait kiddo.I wanted to like this game. [QUOTE="toast_burner"] its not as hard as you make it soundtoast_burner
That aint from me, thats hearing from the load of people who have played it and commented about it.
You can even see gameplay videos on youtube.
But still doesnt explain what other good stuff there is on it.ive completed it 6 times now and it is not as hard as some people make it out to be. its hard to explain its difficulty because its one of the few games that has got a perfect balanceof being challenging with out being cheap or frustrating. I think you explained it pretty well right there. I'm going to have to pick up this game up sometime in December I need a challenge I almost forgot what that is like.
I couldn't agree more. I guess will just have to sit back and see, Sony seems to having their marketing mojo back the new slim ads are great. Lets keep are fingers crossed that sony remebers great ads sale games. This series should be as commercially successful as a Gears or something. I think Sony should really do some amazing marketing with this. ND deserves to have this be a big event in the industry. And Amy Hennig is a brilliant mind.

I'm going with U2 on this one. If the ODST commercial was a featurelength movie it would bomb at the box office I felt it was cheesy to say the least.
U2 should get AAA pretty easily. R&C I'm thinking AA the only way it scores AAA is if the multiplayer returns which I doubt it has.
