Rockstar San Diego made RDR so while Rockstar north works on GTA San Diego could continue to develop a new Read Dead. As long as it's staggered like every two years either GTA or RD release one of their game's their good to go.

As for where the series can go you can't push it to much father then 1910 otherwise is will be to moderen. What they really need to work on is a moraltiy system that works. I want to be a freaking outlaw I want to rape and pillage towns, rob banks and trains at my whim. Kudos Sucker Punch in a industry that can't seem to keep a secret due to leaks you were able to keep this tightly under raps for over two years. And due to this major announcement anyone how whined about teh boring side missions "and you know who you are, after all I was one of them" :P it's time to put you money where your mouth is. And create your very own epic side mission that rivals any great open world game's to date.

It's the circle of life around SW. Don't take it personal each console has its moments were they get tons of hate. Hell if you think this is bad you should have been around here in 06, 07 this is tame in comparison.

If CoD fans trully want the next great CoD game, you'll have to wait for they guys over at Respawn to come out with their game. Under EA's umbrella I'm sure the company formally known as IW will return to form and bring something new and fresh out. Working for Activision stifled their imagination and creativity with their if it isn't broke don't fix it approach to making games.
