I downloaded and played the multiplayer demo. I seriously can't wait for this game now.
They even fixed one of the biggest flaws of the 1st game: grenade throwing.
the beta is sooo slow for me 42% right now =/ It took me 6hrs and that was before everyone on PSN had it good luck.^ I take it it isn't done with the Sixaxis anymore, then? I'll have to download this demo and try it out. Silent-HalNo it an option now.
Its nice to see a lot of people enjoying the multiplayer. Hell twoweeks ago there were threads left and right bashing it and calling it generic. I've been in both beta's and I can tell you its far from generic.
What makes you think that?[QUOTE="Stevo_the_gamer"][QUOTE="ActicEdge"]
I bet its up tonight.

I just have a feeling gamespot isn't gonna be late on this one. A hunch. If I'm wrong well, not like I lose anything :P
Theres no flipping way they actually review this early. It would like be impossible.[QUOTE="2beers_in_hand"]Well he seems to believe I'm a PS3 fanboy as well. Just because I support the PS3 doesn't mean I wont give MS or Nin props when they deserve it. Hell I have a Wii in my household too, but alas I guess thats not good enough. I just think his opinion is hilarious thats all. no he said you have fanboy arguments, you said something like " so your just jelous of sony exlclusives" is in fact a fanboy statement, instead of coming up intelligent you just use a cop out that has 1 intelligent response, and thatsto acknowledge how useless of an argument it is. And i agree with what he is saying, if you want to fully support the ps3 you still need 3rd party support. If 3rd party doesn't make any money, sony isn't making any royalties. Desire to dev on ps3 falls apart and what was once multiplat turns into exclusives because no one is supporting software on ps3, and then popularity falls through because 90% of the games that are made are mainly on 360, or if they do get ported it is probalby sent to an unknown dev to do the port that no one has ever heard about to butcher the ps3 version. And its stupid that most ps3 users on these boards will just call a dev lazy when its been well known that if someone has a 360 game porting it to 360 is a nightmare, lazy is never one of the reasons it turns slightly inferior, time and money is what it is all about and companies have every right to try to maximize their profits. And if they were lazy you'd be lucky to get a port half as good as the 360 version truthfully. No like him you seem to miss the point of my argument completely. Exclusive games are what sells systems and drives the user base of a console. If games like Halo 3 or GeoW weren't exclusive would the 360's user base be at almost 30 million? I understand that 3rd party games are as important to a console as an exclusive is. Last time I check multiplat's sale as well on the the PS3 as they do on the 360 for their respected user bases remember there's around 7 to 8 million more 360's then PS3's at this point. But is whole argument is based off of Sony not showing third party dev's enough love. As I mentioned to before Sony is willing to have a tech team come an help out struggling dev's who come across problems they cant seem to solve. Not only that but Sony is always updating the Edge tool set and showing dev's how to better optimize their games. Two points that he seems to skip over when ever he attempts one of his asinine rebuttals.[QUOTE="Hiroshi_Ichirou"] Actually I'm not a fan boy, I only appear to be because the PlayStation 3 is the only system I can own this generation. I'm taking a break on Nintendo, especially sense the third party support is not as good and I don't buy first party games from Nintendo.savagetwinkie
How is it Sonys fault when they give every available resource except money to make a great game. It's the job of publishers like EA, THQ, or Activision to fund their games not Sony. Sony's job is give them the tools and help them when a problem arises not hold their damn hand and make the game for them.
