With all due respect, even if your story was true, no one would ever believe you, especially on SW, because A, you bring up the ps3 as a superior console, B you are a level 1 account indicating you probably have another user which don't wants to be modded
Ok if youre not going to post anything helpful please dont post again. I didnt join this forum to have some know it all call me a liar. And what would I get out of this anyway? Do people here seriously do these kinds of things? And I never said the PS3 was superior. Only that it had better reliability and I think I am right about that. And I explained why I posted this in System Wars. Mainly because I was angry that my 2nd Xbox died.

I called customer support today and they said they couldnt do anything about it since the warranty is expired and since there is exterior physical damage to it, nothing could be done even if the warranty wasnt expired. Yeah so my Xbox 360 actually melted today after I left it unwatched. I had Modern Warfare 2 in and forgot to turn it off when I went to the DMV. It was dead by the time I came back but there was still heat being generated by the system so I pulled the plug. Surprisingly after it cooled down, I plugged in the power cable and was able to eject the tray and get the disc out. Kinda useless now since I dont have a 360 and probably wont be getting another one since the warranty is expired and I dont want to buy a third 360. Kinda hard to describe the damage. The top part of of the system is all bubbly and the underside is really deformed with ridges formed from melting plastic. My only explanation for this is that the fan failed but that still doesnt explain why the system didnt just shutdown due to temperature problems. I have no animals that could have caused this. Strangest thing ever. I guess Ill be playing my PS3 again. Ive had this 80gb PS3 since launch and not a single problem. I kinda took a break from the PS3 because Killzone 2 was getting to be a little too much for me and I beat Uncharted 2 already. I just thought this was relevant for System Wars because it shows how both systems compare in terms of reliability, not that the world doesnt already know the difference. Lesson learned, dont leave Xbox 360 on when not home.

Dont kid yourself child. I thought you were joking the first time but you really are serious. I know for a fact you dont have a gaming computer that can even get you into the Crysis menu and you have never even seen Crysis in person. You just dont compare PC graphics to console graphics. Gameplay and quality of games can be compared. But graphics? Thats a no no. Dont do that again.
Go sell your 60gb PS3 now before it YLODs on you. You can already sense something bad is going to happen. Lots of people are willing to buy it for its backwards compatibility. Then just go buy a Slim PS3 and upgrade it to a 500gb HDD.
I dont understand how anyone can genuinely say they like MAG without being PS3 fanboys. It was the absolute worst game I have ever played on my PS3 and it being a BETA doesnt exempt it from any criticism since the game is going to launch in 1 month. The graphics were below average, definitely horrible for a PS3 exclusive. The number of players have nothing to do with this since youre not even seeing 256 players all on the same screen. The gameplay was just a ripoff of Battlefield games and it didnt even come close. The animation is terrible. Jumping off a plane and seeing players run around reminded me of the PS2 days. Its almost a slap in the face for Sony to use this game as a AAA exclusive. The Battlefield Bad Company 2 BETA is so fun that Im willing to just forget about buying MW2 and buy this at launch. The gameplay is just so addicting when you have teams working together. Best console multiplayer game I have ever played.
I dont really regret buying any of my games because I research them before buying. I find it funny when people per-order games half a year before theyre even released. You guys do know you can still pre-order the game 1 month before release. If I had to choose a game I would choose Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. It was fun while it lasted but there are better FPS games than that. Online got real boring after a while and I assume MW2 will be the same.
