you want a fps thats incredibly oveated and beyond mediocre, go play hl2. halo on the otherhand is an outstanding series. each title IMO is not as good as the one prior (halo ce>>>>>>>>>>>>) but are still fantastc games. even though i refuse to support ms anymore because of their shoddy 360 hardware i still love the series :Pninjaxams

Half-life is overated how... it was great when it was released and it's graphics are still outstanding.

I was playing half-life 2 this morning with everything turned all of the way up 2xAA at 768x1366 and it looks fantastic (I can play it at 1080p with no AA but I get some stuttering issues sometimes and it doesnt really look better than 768x1366 with AA on a 16 inch screen)

It's funny you say that because I found Halo to be very boring.

ya but atleast on live you dont have to go install ventrillo, and then get someone to pay for the server, its mucheasier jus hopin in the same party and start talkin on live :P

No offense but I really hate when people pull out the "but you have to install" card. If you're a gamer you more than likely play video games for hours and hours (I know some people are gonna reply and say "I'm not a nerd and only play a little" but thats the minority) so is a couple minutes to install something going to kill you? No. Especially for something like Vent that takes about 1 minute to download and 1 minute to setup.

Btw who said anything about having to pay for a server? Find a vent server on google that has spots in it and give the address and port to your friends. It's really easy.
