Should only have HDMI connected and not with AV. Then turn on your ps3, but holding in the button untill it gives a 2nd beep. It should then start on HDMI if that doesn't that work then you probably don't have a HD tv. My old TV had a HDMI slot, but wasn't an actual HDTV so nothing would work with it.

switch to the hdmi channel of your tv?
I had to deal with english language on every game while it isn't my first language and that as a little child. /sigh at them
Thanks to that I never had problems with English, reading and writing in school.
Off topic but what's this bundle everyone talks about?Kenny789

I prefer XIII. I like almost everything from it more than XII. XII only had a more open world, but that wouldn't really fit in the story and progress from XIII anyway. The combat got boring for me in XII after awhile and in XIII it was the other way around.
However both are very enjoyable like any FF. They both aren't my favourite nor top 3. I like the battle system of the older ones in the series more, but innovation is great and made those 2 pretty interesting and exciting.
More at a time. They can remove your bonus so it's better to use more and get it removed instead of losing the bonus after applying just 1.Yeah, I figured it out now. I unlocked the R&D Depot and upgraded one of my weapons significantly. I just have one question though: is it more effective to use one giant experience gainer with the 3x multiplier, or do I use as many as I can at one time with the 3x multiplier? Like do I use one material at a time, or all that I have at once?

I'd wait till you get R&D Depot store for some serious upgrading. You unlock it after doing mission 7. The x3 experience stuff is from Creature Comforts store for 80gil per. You need almost 40 of them to get to the 3x bonus.Kinda stinks you can't really upgrade your weapons effectively until later on. Anyone know when you can do the whole 3x experience booster and then mega-booster? I know you can buy the materials at some point, but when?

These are the best big boosters.
1.Ultracompact Reactor – 40,000exp – buy for 50,000gil from R&D Depot
2.Particle Accelerator – 4,800exp – buy for 10,000gil from R&D Depot
3.Superconductor – 400exp – buy for 840 from Lenora's Garage
4.Perfect Conductor – 751exp – buy for 1,600gil from Lenora's Garage
Could be true.
This also sounds very logical, but after ~~60 hours in this game I've had no issues at all.just because someones ps3 crashes while playing a game doesn't mean it was that games fault. Almost every game that sells a lot I hear rumors about it crashing systems. When more people own a game, there is a higher chance that someone who had a system crash will have it happen during that game. It is all about probability.

About 2 roles maxed till the second last crystarium level since that's how far it goes and it fully opens after you beat it.[QUOTE="4nia"]
[QUOTE="GalufUndies"]
...and you probably had everything maxed out too, right? What levels were you?

If my brain was working this week end, which it isn't, I'd be able to comprehend what you just wrote!
At any rate FF8 is the only Final Fantasy to date that was remotely hard when maxed out. Let's not even mention FF6, that was the easiest boss battle I've ever played in my entire life of any FF, any game AT ALL.
I just meant max for end boss is not the max of the game, but anyway atleast 1role should be maxed by the time you get there.
