You can also see the description of the effects when you equip it and press square in the equipment tab.

Just finished the game. Took me about 45hours. It sure has been amazing.

Now onto the missions for the weekend and hopefully being able to unlock lightning theme sometime soon.

Everyone is about the size of that turtles toenails, but the turtles are the size of his toes lol.

The one that picked up the huge turtles with 1 hand? If so, then no, I havn't seen it around.
