Xenos has 128bit memory interface, however the thing that really matters (which is dictated by memory interface and memory speed) is memory bandwidth. Xenos has 22.4GB/s.
Compare that to X1950XTX: 64.00GB/s X1900XT: 46.40GB/s X1600XT: 22.4GB/s
