Yeah,I failed the driver's test again.:(Now if I don't pass it next time,I have to take a driver improvement class.:x

So,I succesfully managed to receive my Best of 2008 emblem,which only required me shaking down the admins and searching their pockets.:PActually,I had to post in a thread and list a bunch of categories for their amusement.:|I'm hoping next year the emblem will once again be given out to everyone who touched even one vote button in the awards.Sure,a ton of people may get it who don't deserve to,but I think that's better than people who do deserve it not getting it.

Also,I'll be trying again on the learner's permit test tomorrow,so wish me luck!!!

So,I got up really early today to take my learner's permit test at the DMV,only to get 3 questions away from the end before missing one question too many.>_>*sigh*Now I have to wait a month to take it again.Maybe I'll study this time.:P

But some good did come out of this day,because I was able to trade in my old worn-out white DS for a brand new red and black one.

So,I have a new avy,which you've probably noticed if you're reading this.:P

Anyway,my school had an actual fire drill today,not the usual practice ones.Of course,no fire was actually involved,just a drop in water pressure.:roll:Can't we get some actual fire????:P

I'm hoping to take my learner's permit test on Saturday.Of course,the DMV is only open from 8 to noon on Saturday,and almost all day on weekdays.Explain how that makes sense.:P

Yep,I've reached 5,000 posts,which means I'm halfway to 10K.:D

So,everything interesting at school happened in English.I found out that I got an A on the mid-term exam,which is the exact opposite of the 0 I had before,obviously.:P

Also,we started reading the play Twelve Angry Men.For those who might not know,it's about the jurors in a murder trial,and all but one vote not guilty.Much strangling then ensues.(Not really):PAnyway,some people,including me,got assigned to read specific parts.And,lo and behold,I was assigned Juror #8,the lone holdout.

Anyway,there was a funny incident when I was spacing out and my line was next,and when I realized this,I was like "Oh,I'm sorry".Of course,since my character was spacing out at the window,and said that exact line.>_>So I ended up saying it twice.:P

That's it,I guess.

So,I got my semester report card today.I have 5 A's,one B+ (Ugh....) and one C in English that came about due to a 0 on the midterm.Only I couldn't have possibly gotten a 0,since I took that exam yesterday,and as such,there is no way humanly possible to have entered the grade before the cards were printed days ago.The 0 is just an automatic grade that gets put in if you haven't taken the test yet,so it'll definitely be changed.Good news is,though,that a 0 only brought my English semester grade to a C,so anything remotely higher will give me a B.:)

Also,today in Driver's Ed was the highlight of the entire class.Yes,it's the drunk goggles!!!!:PThere were 2,one more disorienting than the other.The more powerful one made the entire room look tilted to one side.Anyway,everyone looked pretty stupid as they tried to walk heel-to-toe in a staraight line.:P

In just 2 short weeks,I can take my learner's permit test!!!!!:D

Well,that was pretty much an epic Super Bowl.I feel sorry for anyone who missed it.And now that the Steelers have 6 Lombardi trophies,I guess they're pretty much the greatest NFL franchise ever.Try to argue,and a hand full of rings will crack your nose,followed by the other hand with a single ring in the eye.:PNow I guess football fans can look forward to:

Anyway,I finally took my English exam today,and I hate English exams.This one was a perfect example of why.It consisted of two parts,a 100-question multiple choice section worth 100 points,and an essay section consisting of 3 essay questions also worth 100 points.

Why on Earth would you ever make 3 questions worth half of the final score??Even if they are essay questions,that's riding too much on them.Plus the essays had to be 1& a half pages long,which is completely unreasonable.Also,the questions don't work as 1&1/2 page long answers,so I pretty much just wrote as much as I knew.

Well,I got an A for the 1st quarter an a B for the 2nd,and the exam is only worth 20% of the semester grade,so I'm hoping the multiple choice section will pull me through with at least a B for the semester.

It's now officially the only unofficial American holiday,Super Bowl Sunday!!!!GO STEELERS!!!!!!

It's kind of annoying to have your favorite team play the Cindarella story team in the Super Bowl,cause then most everyone who isn't a Steelers fan roots for the Cardinals.>_>

Oh well,anyway,I also just attained the rank of Wicked Sick!,otherwise known as Level 30.:PJust 40 more levels to go until Level 70.....>_>:P
