Hey, You all have been really awesome, I can tell you are all really excited for Side-Effect, so...I've decided to air it a day early, Chapter 1 will be out Tomorrow, and Chapter 2 on Saturday, episodes will likely be once a week after that!

SOO, I was looking around at Riddler from batman for no reason at all, and saw of picture of him in the new animated series, This might just be me, but is he not the spitten image of Michael Jackson in a green suit? I'm serious, looks just like him....in other words, I watched the first half of the first episode, and hated the joker, I started B:TAS a while ago, by strarted I mean watched first episode...now I can't seem to find any episodes on youtube...

oh, and if you can, you have to get the new batman game out...best game you'll ever play, no Joker, everything in that game is great! as you can see I like batman lol

So, Last night I was thinking, what could I do to make Side-Effect a more unique and different story...I was thinking of maybe putting up an ask the editor, after each episode, which will be every two to three days...and It'll be like an "ask greg" thing. I'll answer if it doesn't spoil anything! Now if you guys have any questions, just comment, and I'll try and answer it!

There were some questions on who was who, and their powers, well here is the cast for Side-Effect, also, I have changed the writing style a little bit...here's how it will go, also if you've seen the banner, you already know the name of the first episode, and I will have a new banner for each episode! :D some of which are really cool looking. lol...

There are 5 episodes, and EPISODE 1 will have 7 Chapters, and the writing is going to be left-side aligned, instead of middle. small preview, but that's all...until next weekend!

EPISODE 9: DEJA VU

Abby looks into Zane's eyes as he is about to pull the trigger, Brad tackles Zane against the wall, knocks his gun away, and after some fighting, Brad eventually beats Zane...They then find out that their grandfather is dying, and in his will, he was going to give Hotel Romagna, the one they stayed in Italy, to Abby...Zane wanted it though, to gain all the money, he met Blake, and they devised their scheme to get rid of Jon and Abby...So Zane had his two sisters, Abby's step-sisters,, help him kidnap Jon, so Abby wouldn't feel protected, he also stole the gun from her hiding spot.

Abby tries to get into contact with Jon, Crystal, or Shawn, but they get no luck, Hisho and Blake are about to kill Jon and Shawn, when Crystal invades the hideout, and takes down Susan and Camille, showing her crazy fighting skills. She soon releases Shawn and Jon when able, and Shawn tells her to find a safe spot while they go after Hisho and Blake...Crystal and Shawn reveal their love for each other, and kiss...Blake decides to head back to N.Y. to Zane, who hasn't been returning his calls, and Hisho finishes off the two spies, but they wont go down without a fight.

After tons of fighting in a fire blazes, created by Hisho's powers, a sense of Déjà vu comes when Jon becomes trapped under some burning wood, Shawn as the clear escape, Hisho was killed, and memories come back, thoughts come of him, leaving him on purpose...however Shawn helps his friend out of the fire...The three cops then find their mission somewhat done, and decide to head back to N.Y.

EPISODE 10: FRIEND OR FOE

but Shawn gets a call from his twin brother, Jason, in a threatening voice, to meet him where the family died...Shawn's anger comes back, and he wants nothing more then to get rid of him.

Back in New York, Brad and Abby start talking, and Zane is tied up in the corner of the room, and they kiss, as soon as Jon, Shawn, and Crystal walk through the door...uh-oh! Jon immediately gets on Brad's case, and actually punches him, before Abby breaks it up, meanwhile, through all the commotion, Zane escapes, and heads to a hidden warehouse, where he meets Blake, and when he finds out about the nuclear weapons, and Blake's unwillingness to use the power, he kicks him out, and becomes the new leader, much to Blake's hate...and he knows a way to get them back.

While Zane and the sisters plan their powerful reign, Shawn goes off to see his twin brother, while Jon must deal with having Brad on his team, not even surprised he's there! Crystal also joins the team as well...but someone else appears at the front door....Blake.

EPISODE 11: PRESENT

Blake then explains everything to the team, and how if they don't stop it, even worse things will happen, they are confused whether to trust him or not, they do, and head to the warehouse...meanwhile, Shawn meets Jason at a pile of rubble, a house that was burned down, him and Jason then point guns, while all is explained about the two, how Jason killed the whole family and burned down the house, now he wants to kill Shawn at the same place...after fighting, Shawn gets the opportunity to kill him, but decides to let him go...Jason is in shock and walks off as well.

EPISODE 12: PAST

The gang then fights a super powered Zane, and the two sisters, at the warehouse, Blake double crosses them, and it becomes a two on three, Abby beats up her step-sisters revealing her hidden potential, while the guys and Crystal deal with Zane, who is invincible...However Blake plays the switcheroo again, and surprises Zane by using his "magical" powers and transferring it to Zane, who continues to grow in size, he even stars glowing, and the combination of the nuclear and the magic starts to overload him, Shawn catches up, and runs inside, only to see, Zane in the middle of the room, dead, and the gang scattered around the room, he also sees crystal, hanging on a piece of wood that as pierced her chest, he immediately goes to her....

Later...at the hospital, The doctor says there is no chance for her survival, and she has died...Shawn begins to cry, and he walks into her room...Brad apologizes to Jon for the whole mess up, but Jon somewhat accepts it, almost angry accepting the apology, there will be some tension, that's for sure, but as Shawn is knelt down by Crystal's dead body...crying, and holding her hand...Blake walks into the room, and leans against the door way...

"I bet you miss her" he says..

Shawn looks over to him...

"Let me ask you something."

Shawn gives his attention back to Crystal.

"How would you like to communicate with her?"

Shawn raises his head, turns to Blake, and smiles...

Well, that's how I was going to end it, I really liked the last talk between Blake and Shawn, and had to get that quote in, the trailer for Side-Effect will be out on Sunday!

Okay, so, I am really getting tired of Unassigned, like I've completely lost interest in it, I might just stop for a few weeks, while working on Side-Effect...which I am very excited for.

If I don't continue it, I will write a summary of what was going to happen, because I do want you too know what I have had planned...I've just lost interest, sorry guys...

ok, so I figure I'd add this in, there are only 5 episode left, the last 3, like last season, will be a three parter finale...I know it's been goin slow, and really, I don't blame ya, I'm getting kind of bored with it, and want to move on to Side-Effect! :D lol oh and anyone heard from Nick? We haven't seen Trinity in weeks!

Shawn and Crystal arrive at the police station that they were at earlier, as they walk in, showing their badges as they walk in quickly...He walks up to a cop on the computer, he shows him his badge.

"Hi, name's Shawn, where is your communications room?" he says quickly.

He points to the right of the building. They run to the door and open it...the people at the computer screens look back in surprise.

"Sorry guys need help."

Shawn runs over...

"You know, the least you could've done is knocked."

"No time, Crystal, we need to lock in on Shawn's position as quickly as possible, if anything, he's on the run.

Shawn logs into the computers, pushing through the Japanese people in the way.

"I'm sorry; he's in a hurry..." Crystal adds.

He starts tracking the number on the GPS system...locking in on a street location.

"It's a payphone...looks like it's close to the mall..."

"Japanese mall...I so want to go shopping afterwards"

"Girls" Shawn whispers.

"Excuse me?"

"Nothing...let's go, we don't have much time."

----Meanwhile----

"Just stay calm...focus!"

Blake meditates with Hisho Jr.

"Focus...focus..." Blake says to himself over and over.

"Soon the fire around them turns to a blue color. The fire swirls around the room, as Blake opens his eyes...he is standing on nothing, blue is everywhere...he sees a blur in front of him...somewhat skin colored.

"Nick?"

The blur turns into a man...he was shirtless, and had baggy pants on...he had a small beard, and spiky hair...

"Hello Blake..."

"Nick, I can't believe it"

"Me neither, where am I?"

"I...I don't know, I guess...in a portal, in the middle between the spirit world and Earth."

"Really"

"Yes."

"Interesting"

"I have something to tell you, brother."

"What is it?"

"I've been searching for your murderers."

"Ah, you're a good man, Blake, someone after my own heart."

Blake smiles.

"But of course"

"I'm sure you know about the nuclear weapons as well?"

"I only have one, stored back at base."

"Use it."

"What?"

"The power it gives is more than you can imagine, almost super-human."

"Oh, you don't know super-human like I do."

"I'm serious, Blake, you want any attempt to win, you will shoot yourself with that gun."

"I almost won, I have captured Jon, but he escaped...the stupid sisters lost them."

"Sisters"

"Yes, I have hired someone on the inside, his sisters were with me...someone who knows a lot about Jon...he's there at their house right now...once the girl is dead, and Jon...it will be complete."

"Don't forget about Shawn, the traitor that shot me down."

"Don't worry, brother, he is here right now, we are searching for him."

"So, who is the man on the inside?"

"His name is..."

Suddenly, Nick starts to fade away...The blue fire begins to swirl around.

"Nick!"

Nick fades away into nothing, soon, Blake is thrown through the door, as the candles go out, and Hisho Jr. comes out of his meditating stage, and walks over to Blake who is on the floor.

"Control is the key. Come, we must learn more."

"No!"

"What?"

"I'm ready...we're going to get to Jon, and Shawn...and kill them like they did my brother."

"So be it."

"But first, we need to make a stop by the base, and make a call.

----Meanwhile----

Back in N.Y., Inside Abby's house, in the dark, a voice is heard, talking on an earphone.

The voice through the earphone is Blake.

"Tell me you killed the girl..."

"Not yet..." He whispers.

"WHAT!"

"I'm sorry, boss...it's hard, I've known her for a long time, plus someone was here I didn't expect."

"There's another?"

"Yes..."

"Sh1t"

"I know, he's really been pissing me off this whole time."

"Well, then kill him too!"

There is a silence...

"Do it!"

"Okay, sir..."

He puts the earphone away, and pulls a gun out of the back pocket of his jacket, and cocks it.

----Back in Japan----

A car speeds through the streets; he is dodging cars, and people duck away, and quickly gets away from the roads.

"This is why ladies should drive..." Crystal says.

"If you were driving, we'd have no chance of saving Jon."

"Right...we'll if I was driving; our chances of not dying would be higher as well..."

Shawn takes the car down into an alley way, crashing and sending trash cans flying, as well as random papers.

"What are you doing?"

"Shortcut"

The car zips through the alley way, two cars stop on the spot, barely nicking the sides of Shawn's car. He swerves to the right, and parks parallel to the sidewalk leading to the mall.

"Tell me that wasn't cool!" Shawn says while getting out of his car.

"Amazing" Crystal says sarcastically.

They both run quickly to the payphone where Jon called from...

"Where do we go from here?"

"Jon!" Shawn yells.

"Jon!" Crystal yells.

"He couldn't have gotten far..."

Shawn and Crystal stand there, almost like they don't know what to do...Shawn looks down to the ground, and a small rock rolls by...he kneels down, and picks up the rock...

"What is it?" Crystal asks.

Shawn looks to his right, next to the mall, he follows the rock's trail, and soon finds himself in an alley where lying against a garbage can, petting a cat, and wrapped in a blanket, is Jon...Shawn is in shock. Crystal smiles, along with Jon.

"What took you so long?"

Shawn chuckles, and walks over to Jon. The cat runs away, and Jon gets up, holding the blanket around him.

"What's with the skirt?" Shawn asks.

"Haven't you heard this is the new fashion?"

Shawn smiles...and then he and Shawn hug...

"Good to see you pal."

"Same to you"

Crystal smiles while watching the whole thing, until Jon turns around.

Her eyes widen.

"Jonathan!"

He turns around.

"What happened to you?"

Jon looks at his back, as does Shawn; it's all red, scratched, bruised, and whatever else can be categorized here.

"My goodness..."

Jon turns to Shawn...

"Please tell me you have a phone!"

"Yeah, why"

He hands him his cell.

Jon quickly dials his number...

"Because, she may be able to help us out, if..."

"If what?"

He stops in mid-conversation, and drops his phone, breaking it.

Jon is shocked to see a blue snake slither behind Shawn and Crystal. Jon points to the ground behind them. They both turn around to see more and more of these blue snakes come toward them, Shawn pulls out a gun, and starts shooting them, but it does no harm to them...

"Shawn, I can see through them..." Crystal adds.

Shawn's face is confused and shocked...the snakes slither up to the three of them, constricting around them, and their arms.

"I can't fight them off!" Shawn says.

"It's like there's some force!"

Two men walk up in black cloaks; one of them has a blue glowing hand.

"So long I've waited for this." One of them says.

Two girls jump down from the rooftops behind the three cops. Jon looks at them. "Don't worry guys; these girls don't know how to fight very well."

The cloaked men take off their hoods, revealing the face of Blake and Hisho Jr.

"But them...they might be a challenge." He adds.

"Blake!" Shawn says.

"Yes, it's me. Glad you remember!"

"What do you want with us? And why the heck would you team up with this lunatic!?"

Hisho's hand starts to turn a purple glow, and Shawn begins to choke.

"Dare to insult me again?"

Crystal begins to work in her back pocket, hoping to get something.

"What I want, is revenge...you killed my brother, and now, I am going to return the favor. I am going to kill you two."

"Well there's a shock, don't sound like every other sequel to a movie!" Shawn yells.

Crystal gives him a look.

"Don't make him mad!" she says, "This guy obviously has some kind of power...super human, and how it's possible, I don't know."

"I do." Shawn says, "He not only learned to talk with the dead, he improved his abilities of the ancient Japanese arts...and now...he's invincible."

"Smart man...and the old brother says I need nuclear?" Blake says.

"Nuclear? There are still weapons left?" Jon asks.

"Oh yes, just one though, and I have it in my own hands!"

Shawn and Jon look at each other with concerned faces.

Crystal pulls out a knife of her back pocket, and squirms her arm around, in throwing range...she flicks her wrist, and the small pocket knife sticks into Blake's shoulder, he is surprised, that he loses control, and the snakes fade into smoke.

Crystal kicks the surprised Hisho in the face, knocking him to the ground. Shawn then grabs Blake's hair and smashes his face to the floor. The two girls behind them prepare for a fight; Crystal pulls out two guns from her pocket and points them straight at them.

Shawn turns to Crystal, "And that is why I love you!"

Crystal is in surprise..."You love me?"

Shawn just kind of tries to ignore the subject. "Umm, did me just...Well...I..."

Jon interrupts, "Sorry, for this interruption, but these two powerful guys are kind of not going to be out for long, so I suggest we do something!"

Hisho sweeps his legs across Shawn's knocking him to the ground; he jumps up to his feet. Crystal is surprised, Susan kicks her to the ground and her head falls against a brick wall, knocking her unconscious.

Hisho holds Shawn to the ground; Blake takes the knife out of his shoulder, and throws it away. One of the girls grabs Jon and throws him to Blake...

"What about the girl?" Blake asks.

"Let her live, she crosses out path again, we will kill her."

Blake grabs Jon's arm, and Hisho grabs Shawn's head, and they teleport away in a blue and purple smoke, along with the girls. And Crystal is left against the wall, unconscious.

----Meanwhile----

It's late at night, and Abby is in her robe, about to turn the last light off.

"Zane, Brad, I am heading to bed!" she yells.

She turns around, and sees the face...the face of what will soon be her murderer...She feels the gun pressed against her chest. She is too scared to scream, almost has if she is in shock. A smile creeps along his face, as he comes closer to pulling the trigger.

Yeah, so camping was fun, only smell like smoke and dirt, but still, good time...I'll catch up on all of the forums leter, as for Unassigned, its postponed until I finish it up, besides you got one earlier anyway...glad to be home :D lol
