I don't see this as a "white knight" comment. I don't think Thumbler is defending Mrs. Violence's performance, he's just saying that it's not really possible to definitively prove whether or not a a player is good based on 1 match. In other words, everyone is an expert on an Internet forum. DavPro might be right, but he also might be wrong. We can't really take it as truth just because he can rattle off things like "reaction times/accuracy/tactics/KD ratio/objective captures/etc."
Furthermore, the only thing that makes someone a "pro" gamer is the fact that they compete "pro"fessionally, i.e. for money. There is a certain level of talent that is required to be on a pro circuit, but there's also a lot of people who are great (maybe even better than Mrs. Violence) that are not pros because they don't compete for money. GS never stated that she is the greatest GoW player out there.
Carolyn - on an unrelated note, has GS ever considered a dual rating system? With multiplayer being part of nearly every game released these days, I think it would helpful if the campaign and the MP had individual scores. In other words, a game that's given an SP/MP score of 9.0/5.0 tells me a lot more about the game than if it averages a 7.0. I'm sure you already thought of it, but I for one think it would be advantageous.
