You and friend decide to watch movie on netflix. Your mom/significant other comes home and walks in the room.
Kinect recognizes an additional person in the room and stops the movie, prompting you to pay an additional fee to resume watching with a larger audience.
@Grenadeh @eaterofsouls2 You see, the problem is that MS inhibits you from playing games without you chipping in to their wallet. As gamers, we need to show that that is not ok. If I want to lend you a game I just beat, I should be able to. I shouldn't have to worry about being spied on by my Kinect that is required to be online at LEAST once a day, which makes it completely hackable. I shouldn't get less money for trading in my completed games just because a portion of that has to go to MS. I shouldn't have to deal with installing my games on a limited size non-removable hard drive, that will be able to hold about 10 games at most. I shouldn't have to shell out extra cash for their online system for single player games. None of this is right and if you buy their console, you are just showing them that you don't care for anything but the shiny games they dangle in front of your eyes while the corporate sponsors and partners are sticking a knife in your back. Grow up.
