So, with none of the new handhelds in my pocket, and my last being a GBA SP, I have decided that a DS is the way to go. I like the PSP, but there's just not enough games on it to keep me interested, and the whole thing about movies on the go just doesn't interest me at all, if I watch a movie, I like it to be on the biggest screen possible with the best audible solution possible, which kind rules the PSP out.

So it looks like i'll be getting a DS within the next few weeks, although I may wait until Mario Kart DS is released and get one at the same time.

So with Mario kart DS one game i'll be deffinately getting, i'll be looking at getting one or two more to get me going. Advance Wars DS tickles my fancy although I may not be able to resist Super Mario DS, just for nostalgic reasons.

For now though, my GBA and Sword of Mana will have to do.

Well i've just added two new reviews, one for Pokemon Emerald, a game which I enjoyed but don't think it has the same quality of the original, Red Blue and Green (depending what territory your from.)

Also, Soul Calibur 2, a game I've played quite a lot and enjoy it just as much. Very good game and worth checking out of your into beat em up's.

In the process of playing through Pokemon Leaf Green and i'm enjoying it loads, the ability to go back and play through the original games with extra features is very nice, so expect to see a review for this shortly.

In other news, I've still not got a DS, but with the recent price cut I may be tempted to now, although with Christmas just around the corner I may end up just waiting for the January sales, we'll see.

Well, with my PC still waiting to be shipped from abroad i'm pretty much left game - less.

I've got my laptop which can handle a few games but unfortunately nothing major, which is a shame because i'm desperate to try out Black and White 2 and I just hope that it will play Civ IV when its released.

Should start some proper work within next two weeks which is good news, as i'll be able to start saving for a '360, which brings me on to my next point.

For a while now i've been a pretty avid MMORPG gamer, but for the last few months without a gaming PC, i've obviously not had the chance to play any. So now I am in the mind of wether to go back to my roots and stick with console and regular PC gaming. It's a hard choice, but one i'll probably ending up compromising on.

I'll probably still end up playing MMORPG, because I am a big fan of the genre but i'll more than likely cut down on my playing time so I can spend some more playing hours infront of the consoles, after all, over the last year or two I have negelected them somewhat.
