Hey guys, I've noticed that a couple too many games have been glitching on my 360 in basically the same way so I wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this.

It seems this only happens when gore is involved but its happened with other colors than just red. Whenever I see a couple colors, or am supposed to see them, instead all I get is a glowing red orb that is always bigger than the area of that certain color. It isnt the end of the world or anything, but it really is lame when you decapitate an enemy only to have a big glowing christmas light fly out of his neck/head. Not to mention enemies that are meant to look scary such as zombies or certain monsters in oblivion simply look like they have jewels encrusted in them. I am more worried about things to come though, and was just wondering what the hell am I dealing with.

Didn't The Darkness get something like 8.5?

Vertical just seems like a bad idea to me.

- It could easily fall over.

- Most of the stories I've heard of scratched disks are because the console was vertical.

- It looks to me like the gray area on the side of the 360 is a vent and an important one at that so having it vertical would block the vent.

- The last thing is just that horizontal works better for me because my NES fits perfectly between the vents on the top of the 360 when it's horizontal.

You shouldn't put stuff on your 360, whether its in between the vents or not, especially stuff that heats up such as a game console or music player. Unless NESs produce barely any heat, I would get that thing off your system.

I'm only going to say this one more time for those who are struggling with the concept of "perfect score."

Perfect score does not mean perfect at everything. Many things in life get perfect ratings even though they are not perfect in all aspects. I'm sure Gamespot and most of the other sites agree that GTA IV is as perfect as any game can possibly get. Cope with it. Hope this helps.

Still, when a game site creates such strict rules for reviewing, and then ignores some of those rules when reviewing GTA 4, it looks not only sketchy but also unfair. Oblivion had .4 deducted off of it because "you might run into technical issues with performance"... What the hell!?! Thats not only just a possible problem, that some people never even have with oblivion, its one that nearly every game experiences. Have you ever not had technical issues with a gta game?? I have no doubt its a good game, I personally have only tried the terrible driving so far, but still, I think it is reason enough to deduct off of the perfect score, and I know there are many others who agree with me. GTA games are always fresh and entertaining, but I dont think they will ever be deserving of a 10, following gamespots very "detailed" reviewing system. Hell, the only game that I ever thought was deserving of a 10 seems to have technical issues I never experienced. In the end, I think game reviews are never fully trustworthy from sites due to bribes and other low brow advertising schemes. I will only believe this game is deserving of its score when over half of 100 user reviews give it a 10.

8. Most overrated game of the year... which is no small feat since Halo 3 came out a few months prior.
