[QUOTE="fastesttruck"] I'd rather see them just get rid of the "Down" and just have users vote "Up" or not at all. No need for all that other stuff IMO Video_Game_King

No, that's a bad idea. We need something to combat the "XBOX RULEZ GAYSTATION 3 IS TEH GAY comments you might see in articles.

I see far more posts saying the same thing about the gaystation.

Oh he won't go with diplomacy? Well it's more a back up thing, that way you can't get in trouble from the parents :P. Otherwise, ask to fight him and he's got 2 choices: He can refuse and lose face, or fight you and get his ass kicked.trentman7
Yep he already refused, and lost face in doing so. And trust me I would've attacked him last time if I was in proper shape to do so. I had a big hole in my foot and, I was seeing lights (the ones you don't see will do that to you), and felt pretty nauseous. Still, thanks for the ideas guys. I like the psychological warfare idea. That crap is already going on because he can never judge or insult a guy for doing a cheap shot, not knowing how to fight, or anything else boxing related, without me interjecting how similiar he is to the subject. And that disorder sounds very, very familiar. You're probably right Renegade. And him saying I got rocked is funny, I have to agree. This guy is afraid to actually fight me, and even if he won't fight me face to face, some day he will have to fight somebody, and he isn't going to get a chance for a cheapshot in that scenario. That idea always makes me smile. And yeah, next time he even pushes me he's done, because last time was too dirty to forgive. Still, I am going to try and get him to spar with me in a "friendly" match soon. I am going to ensure, preferably before the next "fight", but whenever the opportunity arises, to put him in his place. And I think I'm ok Lonewolf....

[QUOTE="wallymartin"]My suggestion: Diplomacy first.

Sit him down, nice and serious. Tell him the problem, tell him you don't like it, and tell him to stop. If he says yes, great. If he says no or more likely laughs in your face, grin, tell him okay, and walk off. The next time he does it, he has essentially given you permission to kick his ass. Do it every time until he learns.trentman7
This. Rinse and repeat.

Ha! Diplomacy with him? Please. However yeah, I will wait it out I think, but the problem with that is, the last time was too bad for me to even fight back, mad as I was. I got blind sided completely, I barely knew what happened.

That's why I am thinking a more acceptable version of fighting, aka a set up boxing/bare knuckle match, would be the most diplomatic way (Isn't that sad?). That's my brother for you, but even then he will probably refuse to do that with some lame excuse like: That's a waste of my time! This is the same kid who has beaten every big game title I can think of, and then some. I guess I'll just be hopeful that the next time I get a chance to react, so that I can finally do what needs to be done.

Otherwise I might have to just lay down some cash for boxing gloves, which I am willing to do so that I don't have to pay with brain damage and/a concussion if he does this crap again.

Yeah I'm thinking he does have a disorder, he also does these weird screeches whenever he gets excited. He's not mental though, I would not be asking such a question if he was disabled. However something is wrong with that guy that's for sure. I'm thinking I will have to do oballo's approach. Worst case scenario would be buying boxing gloves and just KOing him that way, which would end this no doubt, since he would be FAR too afraid to fight me after actually having to admit to himself I would win like last time. I know I sound extremely cocky, and I never underestimate an opponent usually, especially one who outweighs me (although only by 15-20 pounds),but his punches are truly wild and uncalculated. I mean this guy is 20, and struggled to beat a skinny 15/16 year old in a fight a while back. The fact he hit me in the temple, even with a running start and me looking the other way, does impress me in a twisted way. That shot is one in a million for him. But fact is, he is not able to fight properly, so my confidence is understandable.

I know how ridiculous it is to bring this topic here, but I don't really want to make an account on some boxing forum or whatever, so I might as well quickly get some opinions here.

My older brother seems to randomly go into these spazzy rages, where he just starts screaming aggressively, and, usually, in the end hits me from behind or attacks me randomly up until I actually get mad enough to fight back, and then goes away.

I'm not saying that I don't annoy him sometimes, but every time his reaction is unjustified and completely over the top.

Anyways, my problem is this: I have actually done boxing training, and know quite well how to fight. My brother on the other hand, cannot fight well, does not know how to use both his hands, and once even landed 13 or so consecutive blows to the back of my head, without leaving noticable damage whatsoever (which is quite simply remarkable because I wouldn't describe myself as big or tough). As said before, these attacks are almost always from behind, or from an angle that makes it impossible for me to defend myself, let alone see them.

Last time he attacked me, he blind sided me in the temple, which started a chain reaction of my head hitting the mirror I was standing beside it, and then the mirror's shards going into my foot. Needless to say I now have a big yellow bruise on my head, and am angered because in my brother's eyes, he is now tougher than ever, and I got "rocked". He's the kind of guy who thinks he always gets the last laugh, so I would have to knock him out in my opinion if I did fight him. Now two brothers fighting is despicable enough, so what do you guys think I should do? I could just wait til it happens again and fight back for once, rather than just push him away and take the weak blows, but if it's another cheapshot like last time, then that's just dangerous. His attacks are cowardly, and he purposely targets me when I am around breakable stuff, or when I am holding something so that I will hesitate to hit back in case something should be broken. Should I just instigate a fight myself to stop this crap?

Man some people are so stupid to think they could get away with installing a game and never using the disk againKerplunk124
Diablo, stupid mother****er. Whats with the spazzing out? I asked a simple question that requires a simple answer and all I get is 4 bitc* answers and one good one. I have contributed plenty to these boards, dont like the crap search engine that gamespot has. Which may I mention barely even works half the time I use it. May I also point out I read that it would be a discless process on... well GUESS WHAT!? GAMESPOT. So sorry if I got a bit confused. I bet I could ask this at IGN without one bad word. If only that site was well structured..

Hey guys today I downloaded Call of Duty World at War to my harddrive, and noticed that you still need to put the disk in every time to play it. I can't deny Im a bit confused. What purpose does downloading the game right onto the harddrive serve? Because other than taking up space it has not made it any more convenient to play the game.
