[QUOTE="AlistarHP"][QUOTE="ActionRemix"]I just noticed that he wants me to use Reddit to learn about legislation. LOL!ActionRemixWow your slow  You do realise reddit is nothing more then a filter that'll help you find the best articles and have comments/opinions where you can help inform yourself even more? How is that lol worthy? Don't tell me you google it and just find random articles... Once again, inform yourself. So where do I go to learn about legistlation? Why, the congressional record of course! The entire bill is available for your viewing pleasure on THOMAS. Just read the bill summary for yourself:
Authorizes the Attorney General (AG) to seek a court order against a U.S.-directed foreign Internet site committing or facilitating online piracy to require the owner, operator, or domain name registrant, or the site or domain name itself if such persons are unable to be found, to cease and desist further activities constituting specified intellectual property offenses under the federal criminal code including criminal copyright infringement, unauthorized fixation and trafficking of sound recordings or videos of live musical performances, the recording of exhibited motion pictures, or trafficking in counterfeit labels, goods, or services.SOPAOh man! Thought police!WOW YOUR SLOW. That doesn't explain crap, if you did what I said, you would have seen how a site like youtube can be blocked off because someone uploads a video with a hint of copyright infringement, or facebook, or any site. Your ignorant ass needs to read more into it, not just a small summary of what a politician claims it's for. Even Ron Paul a REPUBLICAN is against the "Great Firewall of America". A REPUBLICAN. http://www.reddit.com/search?q=sopa&sort=top That search is simply for SOPA, check the links, read some comments or the articles, you'll see how dangerous it is, and how ignorant your coming off.
[QUOTE="AlistarHP"]Your being a pretty big ignorant dumbass. I guess all the companies I cited like google are big ass pirates. Inform yourself. Reddit SOPA and learn. Wiimotefan

Well said, that makes a lot of sense. The more artsy the piece of art becomes, the harder it is for the masses to "get it". It is curious how so many people look down at MGS2 and praise so highly MGS3, I loved all MGS games, but 2 was clearly the one with the most "genius".I wont jump on the hype wagon here, but MGS2 was a good ways ahead of its time and a good ways beyond what your average gamer is willing to wrap their brain around.
Kojima and many of his team members have made mention that MGS2 is easily the best in the series. The only problem was that most gamers didn't get it (the story or the gameplay) so we got the more down to earth MGS3 with simplified gameplay and story. Kojima realised that good presentation of a story carries over more than having a good story itself. Kind of sad, but even movies suffer the same punishment at the hands of the masses.

SOPA and Protect IP are not censorship bills. They enable the government to raid pirate sites.ActionRemixYou need to inform yourself. SOPA is censorship in our digital age of the most dangerous kind. It's vague rules will allow the US to censor the internet for the rest of the world because most big internet companies are located in the USA. Luckily we have some companies like Google, facebook, mozilla, yahoo and more along with some good politicians recognize the dangers of this bill. Even Microsoft I hear is agaisnt it, Microsoft. The internet needs to remain free, privatize, corporatize the internet and we've lost everything. Even places like youtube could be blocked because someone uploaded a video with a song as a soundtrack. It's evil.
