No, that's not a fact. While it's probably true that more developers favor the 360 than the PS3 (this is mostly due to it being "easier" to develop for the 360; it's less different), don't generalize them all into the same.

Sure the PS3 has good games, but some people want greatness. And no one game can sell a system, a good amount of great games does. The PS3 just don't have a good amount of greatness, leave that to the 360 and Wii.

It definitely does if you don't ONLY care about exclusives. And it arguably does even if you only count exclusives. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't be happy not being able to own Metal Gear Solid 4, Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank, Folklore, Eye of Judgement, Pixel Junk Monsters, Everyday Shooter, Echochrome, Hot Shots Golf: OOB, MLB 08: The Show, and Gran Turismo 5: Prologue.

GTA IV is GOTY. It's not really that hard to see. As for Gears, Mass Effect and Bioshock being on PC, more power to you. You hate unreliable consoles, but you're still giving Microsoft money, so i guess in the end it doesn't matter.

If you own a good PC, there really is no good reason to own a 360 man, unless you have some weird fetish for unreliable hardware or are just a masochist. However, none of the PS3's exclusives are on the PC, so it's the much better decision.
