You shoulnd't have to lie to get them to buy a 360. If you're a salesman then you should do your job and try and sell a PS3 over the 360 by proving your case that one is better than the other.

I just purchased a 360 and I must say I am very pleased with it so far. However I don't have it connected to the internets yet. The reason being that there is no way in hell I am paying 110 dollars for a WIFI adapter. My PS3 has one built in and so should the 360. Anyway... I realize there is nothing we can do about that. BUT... what are my other options? An ethernet cable solution is not a possibility as it's not physically possible to run a cable throughout the house.

I would appericiate any input. Thanks.

1. Some games require a HDD to be able to save you're progress. Most don't though. However, you won't be able to download anything of the marketplace without a HDD.
2. Warranty expires one year after you purchase you're console.
3. I highly recommend you to think about getting a 360. It's definitely not a console for budget gamers like you. You should check out the Wii or PS3 first in my opinion. The Xbox 360 comes to the most expensive of the three if you want to enjoy it fully. Including 50 bucks a year for Xbox Live, accessories and whatnot. Because in my opinion, you don't know what you're doing if you think you don't need Live or download things of the marketplace. You limit yourself extremely if you're a budget gamer and choose the 360. It is the best console in my opinion, but only if you spend money on it.

To be honest I'm not a budget gamer but I dont like to pay extra for things I really don't need.

I already own a PS3 but I also want to experience the games on the 360 as well.

I'm planning to purchase a 360. I'm not sure if i should buy the core or the premium version.

I need to have a wireless connection and would like to use a wireless controller. Also, is the hard drive necessary? I also don't want to spend a lot of money on it so would anyone recommend a used,refurb 360? Let me know where the best place to purchase a 360 for "cheap" is.

How does the warranty work? Is it issued by the date of which the unit is manufactured? or the date when it was sold to you buy a retailer. If i buy it online from an auction site would there be no warranty?

Another question. Can i use another wireless adapter with the 360? instead of purchasing the overpriced 360 one?
