It's a standard used to stream media over a network. If a software or hardware uses this standard to stream media you can use it to view movies/music/pictures on the PS3.

You can also use Windows Media Connect or Windows Media Center to stream stuff to your PS3 as both of them support DLNA.

No one has signed or agreed to anything yet. So i doubt it.

That site never logs me in, it sits on the loading bar for about 5-8 mins and then just defaults back to the "sign in" part. Really annoying.

Oh well, PS3 > etc > etc > Services says I'm in.

Is that site somehow linked to your PSN account? Whenver i try to go to it I get an error:
