More of the same getting a perfect score.. great. I just hope Nintendo doesn't take it the wrong way. I'm happy for Nintendo but I will disagree with the score I think it deserves a 9.5.
I still don't see how Mario scores so high. Reviewers still have to much nostalgia in them.

Have you played Galaxy 1?
I'll just quote you since i can't quote everyone above me. I have played and beat Galaxy 1 I had a good time with it. I'm thinking of picking up Galaxy 2 as well and whats wrong with me saying it deserves a 9.5 or 9.7 max.
I don't doubt its a good game and 9.5 is a great score. With todays systems being more powerful and giving more options to the developers I want them to switch it up. The first game had the Galaxy theme and I think they should have changed the theme but kept the mechanic. This isn't Super Mario Galaxy 2 .. This is Super Mario Galaxy Again w/ Bonus. Mario is on its own secret plain that no other games compare when it is being reviewed. Graphics should not be measured to how well the system can do graphics but to how good graphics can be overall.
The game should be rated by the fact that it is a direct comparion sequel to a game that came out 3 years ago so it should be held to a lower standard but none of this matters. Because it got a 10/10 at IGN and 9.7 at Gametrailers and I can see it happening here as well. Again I am not saying it is bad. I do think ReHash sequels is bad for the industry.
UNLESS!!!! It is a continuation in story in which Marios it would be hard to believe.

They should not be able to force you to update.. And they cannot. It is your choice. How has this gone on so long..
You own your ps3 and can do what ever you want with it what ever you do with it after the date of purchase is your concern you are offered a service from Sony called The Playstation Network in order to use this service you have to follow their rules and if you don't want to update then the service is no longer yours to use.
If I work a job and refuse to wear a safety helmet I am no longer allowed to work but once i put that safety helmet on I can continue to work.
Contact Sony for a refund if the game requires you to update.
I'm actually quite tired of Bioware implementing "choice" into every friggin' game they put out. It's like that family guy episode, where the one dude is proud of his kids and smashes the photographs into another guys face repeatedly, the show emphasizing that some parents go too overboard with that kind of stuff. Same goes for Bioware and their smashing "choice" into our faces with every damn game they produce. We get it already BW, you guys like choice. They're even filling SWTOR, their new MMO with personal choices, both moral and minor. It was cool in KOTOR, it was nifty in Dragon Age, but good lord, enough is enough. Now they're actually trying to take on SE and Final Fantasy by claiming they're not a real RPG? They have a looong way to go before they can even begin to attempt such arrogance.

BioWare has trumped SE in the quality department for a long time.
Please tell me you're joking. No game that Bioware has put out even compares to the legacy of quite a few of the games that SE has delivered. Let's not get silly here.
It might be tough to face it but SE is not as good as it used to be. There are plenty of Devs that have lost its spark. It is sad..
