I own Gears of War, Bioshock, and I have downloaded the demo for Uncharted on my PS3.

I really dont see whats so special about Uncharted the foliage looks...Unatural and everything looks and feels stiff. Maybe its just the demo or something but I wasnt super impressed. Im not even saying that its a bad looking game, its amazing in its own right, Im just saying that Gears looks slightly better and Bioshock destroys them both technically and artistically.

I too downloaded the Uncharted demo, and found the game to be extremely bland and boring. Perhaps the demo just wasn't that great or playing it three times wasn't enough, but I really wanted to enjoy the game and couldn't. Resistance was the same deal. A ridicuously hard first level, and the second level involved shooting a big guy for 5 minutes and then walking across bridges as you get shot.

Can somebody confirm that these games are actually 100x better retail? or am I just spoiled by Call of Duty 4?

if x360's goty is the same as ps3's what makes the x360 better? halo losses out to a multiplat :lol:

If you cannot see how and/or why the 360 has a better lineup, you're better off snorting your brown-brown.

The one who made the maps probably loves Halo but is getting rrod all the time and he/she tought, "what the hell its going to take less time waiting for my 360 to get rapaired than to create the game on my own". j/k

Different graphics. The format may be similar, but it doesn't feel like Halo.

Maybe because the people who did the mod are Halo fans and PS3 owners? I don't know where you got the idea that the maker of the mod hates Halo, unless there is some hidden bits of info I'm conveniently ignorant to.

Its like the FFVII tech demo that has all FF fans praying for a remake.

They've released what, 20, 25 screenshots of Alan Wake and the lemmings are attempting to use it as ownage...

A lot of the screenshots of Alan Wake are the PC version running on a quad-core PC with a geforce 8800gtx and 4gigs of ram... just saying.

They stated during the tech demo that they were using a Quad-Core processor. The devs also stated the PC and 360 versions will look very similar in the same way Bioshock does.

I believe the quad-core is used for the Tornado destruction. If that is on the 360, I'll eat my hat. I'll eat every hat in my house.
