Will never support cloud as the country Im from has terrible internet with insane monthly costs to even get a semi decent speed compared to the best of speeds in the world required to cloud game. Rather keep it physical and own my games rather than lose them when they are pulled from a server somewhere and you can no longer get back to playing that game

games dead to me now. stuck to my principals before on other games and I still will. i just hope a lot more others are the same and the game doesnt hit the targets they want. at some point devs need to scrap microtransactions and lootboxes for good

Smart thing for them to do is delay the game and rework the character models and voice acting. And with the trailer not revealing much story wise based on other changes required I would have to say rework the gameplay and story for sure as they may strike out on every criteria for a good game. Rework the game send to a test audience for feedback and continue from there

@redhedjack: not true it does have save data via usb transfer. I use savewizard to modify my saves so can confirm this. As for ps+ membership I agree I dont game online I purchased it once to test it and once it expired never touched it again as I dont want to pay for something I have no interest in. Was just a suggestion it can be used to transfer your saves or you can pay for a few days or 1 month sub only for minimal cost and transfer all your saves to the cloud and keep on your new console for life as a 1 off payment

@Pedro: Its not hard to skip a cutscene by pressing X or Start. But all for more and improved story devs are getting lazier in telling a plot and creating characters and worlds.

I personally buy games for the story more than the gameplay because I want to be lost in the world and lore and even basic controls and gameplay can keep me engaged to it I dont need realism or overtly complexed button combinations, combo memorizations to enjoy a game. This gen though kinda sucked storywise it wasnt that impressive. God of war story wasnt that good compared to its predecessors, same with metal gear solid that story stank compared to its predecessors. I would love more new story elements, days gone and uncharted have been done endlessly. Resident Evil can use a new plot, capcom can bring back megaman x as I want to see that story come back. a new action paced shooter with a nice story, cops, gangs, you name it. even ace combat should have a better plot as the last one was dull and boring yet the gameplay fantastic. Final fantasy was a let down when the animated movie was more interesting than anything shown in the game

looks rubbish. maybe the story can save it but gameplay wise and character and world design wise Im not sold on it still and looks very bad to me.

@redhedjack: Im sure they will via the paid ps+ membership to transfer your saves to the cloud or possibly maybe can still use the good ol usb method if they dont lock this down behind a paywall somehow hence the ps+

So 2x ps5s will go on sale one with a smaller ssd and the other with a larger ssd and most likely maybe better specs too? will there be a ps5 pro2 2 years later then with an even bigger ssd and better specs?

Console gaming is turning into a PC almost you want to buy 1 for a console generation but with newer versions popping out later with better performance and reliability at times you just dont know when to buy one anymore
