well, you do have to go to sky pillar, and get to the top. its on route 130-131 you surf there, when you get there, rayquaza wil fly of...and hey presto your done (yo umay have to go back to sootopolis for the scene.
anyone know where i can find a decent breeding guide for pokemon emerald...i checked the one on here and it didnt help at all (the mind map type thing)...

as for vileplume, even though grass pokemon are my favourite ( thanks to bulbasaur ), i have to admit i dont use them that much as i find them to be quite weak, and have no real strategic advantage that cant be substituted for a different type...
also one more question, should i get a water pokemon and train it up, iff im only going to use for surf...or shouldi just use a weak one...(im only using 5 pokemon atm so i got a free space anyway)...
