train yuna's strength is the easiest way, my yuna has like 120 strenght and my anima does like 5 million damage in total with his oblivion..., or train yunas magic realy high and get break damage limit, she can do 99999 damage with holy

I don't know but maybe a lot of NES games. Notice that games are becoming easier every generation.

umm no didnt notice, i think your sort of right, but most games have hard/very hard side quests or side missions, so people can choose to be challanged or not, just like people can choose the difficulty level...

I LOVED the battle system in FFX (that's why I think it's the best ff game). I liked how you can swap characters (doesn't that just make sense - why would someonefollow youbutnot help in a fight), the turn based meter which showed you how your moves would effect the timing of the battle.

FFX-2 was such a let down because they reverted the battle system back to the old one.

The active time battle from previous gamesid so obsolete. You wait for your turn and you can't really tell when an enemy would strike. The worst is when the bosses unleash a powerful attack before you can get to your healer's turn. FFXII was boring and it was very similar to ATB - you try to whack the enemy before he whacks you.

I think I read somewhere that the FFX team is handling FFXIII which will have a similar battle system.

including side quests, definaly ffx and ffx-s, damn penance and the paragon/trema battles were very annoying, but i did it.
