SKU situation is really bad for PS3. there are PS3 versions out there that will gimp the core gameplaying experience. atleast 360 have a constant core experience.
Saying the 360's library is mostly shooters is a common misconception that really needs to die.
Of all three current gen consoles on the market, the 360's library is by far the most diverse.

I would actually say the PS3 is more diverse, perhaps even the Wii.
so lack of game means it diverse? you can say anything you want, but you cannot say 360 doesn't have games. heck there are more games than I can afford to play.
You are just bringing up this diverse issue cos you never liked the 360 for the start. thats why everything seems bad to you.
I just can't see why people spend $40 for mini games. it's just a waste of money.
[QUOTE="ParadiddleFill"]the only way that the ps3 can surpass the 360 in sales by 08 is if they 360 just stops selling altogether. So far the 360 has outsold the ps3 almost everymonth since its launch. And im also sure that by the time the ps3 has another price drop the 360 will also see one as well to put it in the200 dollar range which means game over for sonyshiram
MS just had a price drop this summer so I doubt there will be another significant one anytime soon.
didnt sony have a price drop this summer as well? yet everyone is saying that there could be another price drop by the holidays, and im sure microsoft knows this and doesnt want to lose its price point advantage
MS has lost enough on consoles. I doubt they would want to lose any more. But sony on the other hand has profit coming form PS2 and PSP still
well the news on gamespot was that they had to sell a branch of the company to aid its video games division i wouldnt say sony is ringing in the dough with its gaming division right now
what world do you live in? Sony is scraping the bottom now? their TV sales are down. PS2 is not selling games.
