There have been rumors that both Microsoft and Sony are going to block used games...what then will you choose to do? Not play either? Unlikely.

Its all speculation and rumor mill. A lot of people guessing and no real facts. Wait until the real release of both platforms and then make your mind up if it meets your needs. This is certainly not the end of gaming. I am sure they are going to tie your purchase of a game to your account so you can take it to friends. I am sure that there are options for playing games with out internet connection...and more. Again just stop worrying and stop letting the Internet channels like this suck you in. Gamespot, and their like are the worse trolls in the industry.

@kryotech rather generalized statement. In fact my PC's out last and out do the work of my Macs. Yes I own both and use them for development. Macs may look shiny but they break just as often as a PC and have alot of hard disk issues when you really work them out.

When I look at DLC's in general I find it more and more crappy and just a lame excuse to get you you to pay more for a game. So many times you hope you will find something that truly differentiates the reason for buying the game, especially in game. If they give you CONTENT that makes the game better, I am all for it. But statues, and collectible crap that will break if used or sit and gather dust, is just lame IMHO. Now take this torso bust thing and I am just feeling that marketers are the bane of more than just my software development job but my gaming experience as well. I could care less if it were a woman or a man. In fact I think the thing that Rihanna discussed with the Walking Dead BluRay was just as unneeded. Sad game marketers...sad.

@kb8618 I like how they mentioned "Moral Kombat". Mortal Kombat?? You just picked a name from the stone ages when we last complained about video game violence as a name. No clue.

@jessejay420 you are right, but the recent mass murders happened with assault weapons.

@Venatorcruiser the problem with the Newtown murders is that this kid stole his mother's guns and used them on her and the school. He had no license. In order to do a true safe license...anyone who wants a gun license needs to have their immediate family checked as well. I know this will irate the Republicans and the NRA but we need to scan deeper than just the surface for gun purchase.

And string up by their balls, anyone who sells guns in gun shows and corners without following existing gun laws.

@Leir_Bag yea while he is screwing altar boys and denying any wrong doing. Blame the free availability of assault weapons. Blame Congress for letting ANY bill go into effect that has an "expiration date" like the current middle tax cuts and especially the ban on assault rifles. Bring back real mental health facilities and use them to finish the labotomys the current Congress acts like they have and put the truly sick in a place where they can be cared for and are not going to harm others. Stop blaming video games which are mostly played by 30+ aged men and not kids anyways.
