I enjoyed this on 360 and would look into getting it again on PC depending on what changes are made.
I think Early Access might be the wrong route for this, as for a game that is already complete on one platform it is more likely to draw criticism for short-comings, rather than just waiting another couple of months when it looks like it would be ready anyway.
Releasing GT5 at the end of the PS3 instead of being a launch title for the PS4 just seems like a massive waste. Gran Turismo is a Playstation system seller - something racing fans want at launch (or close to) on the latest platform.
Releasing GT5 unfinished on PS3 makes even less sense. If it needs 12 months of patches to get it to the state they wanted to release it in, then it's all the more reason to just make it for PS4.
As for the comment about "It's an incredibly tight schedule." that can only mean someone controlling their spending sat them down to ensure they actually release something and not sit on it for 6+ years... again.
It doesn't mean GT5 will be bad - but certainly not the full potential it could be.
