As a fan of ME ... this was kind underwhelming. I was waiting something way more intense or graphical pleasing , the same wow factor i had with Witcher 3 for example. It seems like they are not using a new graphic engine , or wtf is the case here ...i dont get it.

But this is a very small demo so , lets see.

Game doesnt feel as next-gen as it should have been imho as of what weve seen up till now.

Also i gave SF5 example to make you understand what is wrong with OW being GOTY when SF5 is not even in top10 , again you taking things very personal.

I own SF5 as well and im fan of SF series since early 90s but i didnt defend SF5 when it got slapped. So i wont let OW an easy pass , specially when someone calls replay value content , the thing that SF5 got slapped for from gamers and critics all over gaming industry.

You defending Overwatch about its replay value , well guess what. Thats not content. And because many like you did that before when it comes to OW , when Street Fighter 5 lacked single player and various modes = NO CONTENT = Bad game guys.

Overwatch that lacked content and excelled in everything SF5 offered as well , that of super polished , online only gameplay = GOTY

So , yes my games for GOTY going to Inside or TLG . If i had to choose over Multiplayer games only , Street Fighter 5 would be my choice. But wait , this is Capcom not Blizzard. And therefore the double standards im speaking of.

The sad thing is that critics falling to that also ... such a shame.

Overwatch is a polished copycat of TF2 that lacked serious content for its 59.99 price tag when at the same time its a Free 2 play caliber game . Those are undeniable facts , you like the game or not. And with those facts in mind , Overwatch being GOTY is as stupid as it gets and the argument of " people will still be playing it after a year or two " is countered by STREET FIGHTER 5 that got slapped left and right about its lack of content for its price , despite being the best fighting game ever made gameplay wise AND with the promise of adding serious content later.

So we all agreed that SF5 shouldnt considered AAA ( score speaking ) aside that it had every single principle Overwatch praised for like being highly competitive, super polished , very addictive gameplay wise and others that OW lacked like game being super balanced etc.

So , keep your double standards about what is GOTY and what not. By your logic all multiplayer games >> single players just because you play more with them , the most ridiculous argument someone can make when it comes to GOTY material. You missing what content stands for in video games big time.

Like Heroes is a copy of other successful MOBAS ( even if technically DOTA was a mod based on a blizzard game ) , like Hearthstone is a copy from other successful card games that are around for ages ... Do you know whats next ? Lets me tell you even if it supposed to be a secret.

Diablo 4 will have ALOT of similarities with Path of exile in many different mechanics . You heard this first , thank me for this info later.

Overwatch is based on the exact formula of an already successful 10 years old free to play game , that of Team Fortress 2. In fact is a copycat. Its fun and polished ? Yes , big time. For the ones that like such games is the best out there ? It is.

But when you buy an Arena online shooter at 59.99$ when others with equal content/modes/maps are free to play something is off. The official statement of Blizzard over this , because many thought this game as free 2 play , is that they wanted all chars to be unlocked for balanced games ...

And lets not forget that Street fighter 5 crucified for lack of content when in fact it had everything Overwatch praised for. Imho we shouldnt have double standards.
