@donttouchmyhohos: It was actually a breach of a non-compete clause which is a companies way of making its workers pay a price for ever leaving or getting fired. And honestly nothing in ark is similar to the games rapzhak(spelling) left behind. It was just an easy money grab for the former company because they knew their former employee had given input. But I think his sister or something worked for studio wildcard all along. I'm sure he tried to stay out of it for the most part but knowing his family was involved would of cost him the lawsuit neway so they settled I believe.

@alexander_mark: Eh. Some games are big with months of entertainment and some are small with a few hours. It's easier to expect every game to be different, (especially with a small development team).

@zephyrx50: once you get a flying mount the map feels pretty small pretty fast and then you basically know where you are at all times. Every time you venture out of "your neck of the woods" it may take some effort finding your loot sack if you die tho. But if they wanted it to be easy it would glow and have a red arrow pointing in its direction.

@baytuh99: you mean people liked RE4. Which was the bridge between the gap. Re5 was the other side and the only enjoyable part was playing it together with my wife.

@CRAPCOM1926:

Maybe they should have taken another page from souls rather than monster hunter then. The big open world of DS is pretty great especially how things unimportant early become a factor later and the general cleverness in which the world is built. Even if some areas feel like a guantlet, it's open enough that most do not. Very rare are linear mission systems liked.

Seeing that lineup I made the same face as if I walked across a skunk smell.

Makes you just want to get out of the vicinity and now!

Saw it today. Thought it was quite good. Deepened the SW universe was spot on. Action was solid. I liked that the rebels were unorganized. Made it feel like more of a struggle and a little more relatable. And although pple say it's the darkest Star Wars it didn't feel dark. Maybe that was a flaw to me. I didn't really feel emotional about deaths in the movie. Character building seems to be a tough chore in Hollywood these days.
