I wouldn't have sold the 360 for the ps3 or vice versa. Both systems are cool. Mind you, the ps3 games that I've played have pretty much blown the ones I've played for the 360 out of the water with perhaps the exception of bioshock, but they are both awesome systems. I am looking forward to what the 360 library will be, and looking forward to the ps3 library as well.

Incorrect. The game is awesome and I haven't experienced one bug yet.

Haven't played Lair or Kane & Lynch, so I'll take everyone's word for it that they are crap. After playing Assassin's Creed ALMOST to the end(I decided to give it a final heartfelt chance), I crown it as the worst game I've ever played on the PS3. Repetitive, choppy framerate, laced with bugs, and horrible control scheme. Ubisoft = French EA? hmm.

EDIT: btw, just in case the 360 fanboys salivate, I've also played this at a party on 360 where I was demonstrating my feelings about it to my friends. It's just as crap on the 360.

[QUOTE="Azulrosa"]One of my friends is independently funded and is starting a site that uses the "user ratings" from all the different game sites. It's like metacritic but the scores are based on the people, not biased/fanboy publications. Magazines aren't considered, and only the sites that allow for user reviews are considered. There will be a second score generated based on the sum of the corporate reviewers multiplied by the ratio of their score to the user score. The third score will be the sites actual corporate reviewer score. He already worked it out for all of this years games for ps2, ps3, 360, psp, wii, etc... The results are amusing and very cool. It's about time someone kept these sites honest. Oh, and his site is gonna look awesome too. The artist doing the interface is great! megadeth78

Make sure to keep us updated. :)

AC is not trash, but it's not made very well. SOF:Payback is a joke. I rented it. It's total poop on a stick. I'm a big fan of arms and heads exploding and guts everywhere. Too bad it looks worse than the graphics of SOF2 back in 2000. haha. I'm gonna go laugh for a while now.

I just got Uncharted: Drakes fortune and this game is

FANFREAKINTASTIC

I have never played a gam that felt so much like a movie before.

Every ps3 owner should own this game.

fossil2587

Amen.

Between this and Ratchet, I'm in heaven.

[QUOTE="Azulrosa"]

yes, it's really the game that is freezing. I've only had Asassin's Creed for a couple weeks. It's crashed on me more than 30 times, and given me a "cannot read disc" error a little over 12 times. My hard drive is going CRAZY when AC is running. I assume that the data is being cached to the drive while the game is running for faster load times (of which I see none. AC takes the longest to load of any game I have). NO OTHER game on my PS3 crashes for me, and I have a ton of games, including a crapload of PSN downloaded games. I play online a ton (Resistance and Warhawk) and have not had one crash. I think Ubisoft needs to get better programmers.

EDIT: My disc is just fine. no smudges or scratches. completely flawless.also, the game never crashes in the same place. :(

How the hell did this game get a 9.0 on this site? I'm starting to think they didn't even play it. :P

Just as much as they didnt' play uncharted or ratchet. look at the scores for both of those games. If they are so right about their scores. How come I refuse to play AC anymore, yet I'm playing Ratchet for a third time and Uncharted for a second time? I only visit this site for the forums :)

[QUOTE="Azulrosa"][QUOTE="Vyse_Legends"][QUOTE="Azulrosa"]

[QUOTE="Vyse_Legends"][QUOTE="Azulrosa"]He should have a single stripe of hair going from the left ear to the right over the top of his head. This will be consistent with the typical idiot gangster haircut.Vyse_Legends

If he was an idiot gangster he would either be bald or have a star cut into his hair.:P

hahaha, a star. now that would be funny to see! :)

Well Niko is a ganst"er" not a gangst"a" as your describing him as.

There is a difference you know.:D

You know, you're absolutely right. I revoke my earlier statements. Gangst"er" implies organized crime that most often has a purpose. Gangst"a" implies rocks for brains, disorganized crime, with absolutely no purpose whatsoever other then to eventually die and free up some oxygen for the rest of us. Niko is obviously a gangster. San Andreas and Saints Row both left such a bad taste in my mouth... eugh.

Well to me CJ is the exceptional gangsta because he had Rockstar for brains.:D

While Saint's Row I have no idea I just heard he doesn't speak. AKA your so called rocks for brains.:D

lol
