I'm stoked for 2K. I think a lot of people were expecting Live to swoop back into the picture and be the one that really "wowed" everyone. Turns out that the exact opposite happened.

PS: Not sure why everyone is thinking this is CGI or not gameplay. It's not a normal camera view, but this is all gameplay.

@PSP107: And the hilarious part of it is, there are less and less options for sports gaming by the minute. EA more or less has created a monopoly on sports gaming, and it's what put an end to college sports games. Sports titles sell so well, that I wouldn't be surprised if 2K or some other big name publisher (R*, maybe?) put their name forward for a sports game.

I'm having a tough time turning this one down. The setting appeals to me, the visuals are fantastic, and the story looks like it will hold its own. That said, I'll probably wait until I see some reviews. Dead Rising 3 will hold me over for a few weeks before I'll need something else to play, single player wise.

It's really fitting that Sony wins one of the last full months before NG starts. This generation has just been weird, in terms of console sales.

That 2K trailer just about brought a tear to my eye.

I didn't mind the trailer too much, but if you compare it to 2K's teaser, you wonder what happened for Live to fall so far behind. Whatever it is, EA just cannot figure out how to develop american sports games. Madden looks like absolute trash, too.

It changes for me. I think, in a lot of ways, GTA was sort of a middle ground for me. It exceeded a lot of my most basic expectations, but fell short in a few others. More than anything, I love to follow gaming. I probably spend more time reading about it and watching video of it than I actually do of playing it. So, a lot of the time, I already know what I'm getting into before I get my hands on it.

This is awesome. Things like this are exactly why I'm so pumped about next-gen. Couldn't care less about slightly upgraded visuals.

Glad I stuck with my Wii U. Between this, Wind Waker, a new Zelda, SSB's, and a potential Pokemon game, I'm quickly becoming a happy customer.

Decided to bite the bullet and get a 3DS. Finally get to start playing Pokemon tonight.
