I loved the ME3 multiplayer. It was tons of fun. I didn't like how it directly impacted ME3, especially in battle readiness and the endings you could get.
Coop can impact the game, but in smaller and more flavoured ways. I'd love to see them do away with microtransactions, keep the random rewards, and the dozens of class options.
@jako998 talk about male privilege. and, also, Queen Dido, Empress Himiko, Queen Elizabeth, Queen Mary, the various Cleopatra's, Empress Theodora - they'd all like to have a word with you.
the problem is that there's very few memorable and quality female characters. has 0 to do with feminism or whatever - it has to do with good writing, and good storytelling. idk what the hell is going on in the circle of writers for some game, and why it's so hard to make a female character as well-rounded as a male.
@Trev9421 Crysis 1 is one of the greatest FPS shooters of all time. It's when Crytek put missions in large maps, with tons of variables, before resorting to restricting, corridor-esque environments.
And its story was original. Its gameplay was great. And the graphics/framerate remain better than majority of AAA games produced since.
I think this is well-deserved. Ubisoft would be my favourite developer/publisher if they understood PC OPTIMIZATION.
Alas-
FarCry? 18 million? Really? My god all the Far Cry's are some of the best FPS ever (especially with Crytek developing Far Cry 1). I'm shocked they combine to be only 18 million.
