Of course you can compare Oblivion's Dark Brotherhood quests to AC, because they both involve missions with stealth and assassinations. Just because there is no magic or constant weapons/armor upgrades in AC, doesn't mean you can't compare them. Afterall, Oblivion is a Action RPG.
