I'm Back, and With Great PSP-FFVII News!!

Well, after being gone for a while (I've been busy with some work, etc.) I have returned from my absence. During the time while I was gone, I was researching ways to play the original "FFVII" game on my PSP using methods that I can't discuss here due to rules of the site. It's really incredible, playing my all-time favorite RPG on the go is just what I always wanted, of course, if Square-Enix was to release a port of the original "FFVII" I would buy it without a second thougth.

Just to let all of you know what I'm currently up to!

New iMac voted #1 computer of 2007 by "PCWorld" Magazine!!

NOTE: The blog post below is for tech. people or Mac Lovers (Mac: Operating System):

I remember that at school I used to tell all my friends (who didnt know much about Macs [except that they loved Photo Booth to take pictures of themselves etc.], but some did) how awesome Macs were and that Windows XP (or Vista) had nothing on Mac (especially with the new Mac OS 10.5 Leoperd comine out soon [it's alredy out by the way]).

They all used to love Windows Xp, that's not to say that Windows Xp is stupid, it's a great OS (better than Vista, in MY opinion) that is compatible and suitable to practically everyone including people that aren't tech. savy (people who don't know much about computers) and is the best for many things. Now Mac is in my opinion, harder to learn to use at first, but that's only for a while, soon you fall in love with the OS and it's honestly created for the daily user.

So when I read that PCWorld magazine had rated the new iMac the #1 computer for general users (for people who use a computer to e-mail friends, have fun with software, etc.), I was very proud to say it to all my friends (who after talking to me, are now convinced that Mac is better :) ).

Well just wanted to make that simple post, live long and prosper!

Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness

Well finally after waiting a while (not actually waiting, it's just that I've been buying other games), and reading so many good reviews of the game "Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness", I bought it yesterday. At $42 I thought it should be pretty good, and I'm glad I wasn't wrong. Disgaea has a unique RPG battling system that is both challenging and fun, and as many other reviews mention, the storyline and dialogue are hilarious and worth the money and time to play.

I haven't played the game much, but so far I'm liking it (as I writte this I have stopped my PSP [put it on hold] and will resume gaming after publishing ^_^), I like the method of character creation chosen in this game, it's something unique that may be a bit hard to understand at first, but you learn as you go with it. Balancing the Hell money (money used in game) is also very important, as you have to pay to recover your character's health (or revive them if they fall in battle), you have to keep an ample and good supply of health-recovery items, and keep buying better equipment for your characters. So it's a good to see that the game will keep me entertained for a good while (while I wait for other games like "Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core" [which I reserved at the same store/time I bought Disgaea ;)]), so all in all, I'm very happy and proud of the purchase I made, and glad to have a game like "Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness" in my PSP game library.

I give "Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness" a rating of 9.0, but it's really a good game and I recommend it to all RPG lovers!
