you can do aerial combos using the sixaxis (flick it up when you knock an enemy into the air or turn off tilt and press 'x'), bu there is no jump button.
Heavenly sword has the best facial animation for a console game. Mass effect faces are good but the animations aren't as good as HS and the characters don't show as much personality as HS. Crysis is good too for PC.
