I went into the city with my friend today to purchase tickets for the upcoming Dethklok concert, but of course, they were sold out. It really sucks, but at least I got some tacos out of the trip. In other news I rewrote my Guitar Hero II review, let me know what you think.

When I saw the first few trailers a while ago, I thought this movie was going to be pretty lame. Then I started seeing some of the new trailers and thought it looked really awesome. So I bit the $10.25 bullet of a ticket and saw the movie. The special effects are awesome and very realistic looking. There are a lot of really big and well done explosions, and trust me, that's a good thing. The storyline could possibly offend some people of Middle Eastern culture, but overall its not bad for a super hero movie. Robert Downey Junior was a perfect pick to play Stark/Iron man, he plays the part well and the witty dialogue his character spews out throughout the movie is pretty funny, and very welcome. Its a great early summer flick and I recommend it to just about everybody.

I'm loving GTAIV but got frustrated on a mission and need a break. I've probably been playing it too long anyway. So just recently I decided to create an rather large and in-depth review of the World of Warcraft series through the World of Warcraft Bundle, so it cna all be in one spot. I put a fair amount of work into it and I'd like it if you check it out.

World Of Warcraft Review

GTA IV came in the mail today for my Playstation 3, I've put about 5 hours of play time into it and so far it does not disappoint. The graphics are fantastic for an open world game, the animations are much improved, everything is just much better and more immersive than before. The combat takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it its a ton of fun. One thing I would recommend is turning the brightness up on the game's settings, I had a real hard time seeing where I was going with the brightness setting it comes set on, especially at night. Well if anyone had any doubt, so far so good.

My review for mario Kart Wii is up. I played a bunch of Mario Kart this morning and then decided to review it. Some of the paragraphs probably should've been split in two, but whatever. I hope you all check it out and enjoy it!

My Mario Kart Wii Reveiw!

So I got a chance today to play a ton of Mario Kart including every tracka nd I unlocked a couple characters and karts too. So far so good, its very fun, in fact I think I'm having more fun with it than I did Double Dash, it may be the best in the series. Everything handles around the turns much better too. The AI is much improved. At first glance the graphics aren't much better than DD but trust me when i say it looks way better in motion than DD does, and there's a bunch of little details that add up to a decent difference overall from DD. The Wii Wheel works pretty well, but I prefer the Gamecube controller, probably because I'm used to it more than any other reason. Expect a review soon, possibly even tomorrow.

Thanks to Amazon's awesome free shipping I now have mario Kart Wii a day before its intended release. I'm just waiting for friends to come over so we can play.

Why do people take the time to go through the games they hate and give a thumbs down to all the positive user reviews? These people disgust me. I'm currently very jealous of PSP owners because of Crisis Core, and am really hoping they'll make a PS2 port, but I'm doubtful as well. Oh, Dethklok concert coming in June that I'm going to try to go to, Lewis Black is coming to town fairly soon according to my neighbor and I'd like to go to that as well. I sent in an application at the local Trader Joe's, I could use the work, it starts at $10 an hour and is fairly close to home. Went kind of off topic there but whatever, its my blog I can do what I want!!!:P

Ok ok, I ended up doing it anyway, so sue me. Last one though....I think. By the way, i just picked up Jade Empire for $3.78, brand new.
