I have an extremely slow metabolism, I need at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week and a careful diet in order to maintain a healthy body weight and fat percentage. It can be difficult to keep it up at times but when I do stray I have noticeable weight gain in a few days.
I've always been an advocate of marijuana legalization, but the best argument for legalization is not all the positives it can bring but the simple fact that the government or other federal agency has not given us one positive effect of marijuana prohibition. The era of reefer madness is over and our society has learned that pretty much everything the government told us was a blatant lie that flew in the face of even their own studies.
In the winter I go to the gym for weights and cardio then in warmer seasons I use the gym for weights only and play tennis and ride my bike down the trans Canada trail for 2-3 hours almost everyday.
I had the day off, so I sat down and beat the whole game of 50 cent: Blood on the Sand. I was expecting a test of my will, but it was rather enjoyable...
