The only gang activity we get here is drug trafficking coming up from Toronto, mostly marijuana. There used to be a huge Hell's Angel's presence but they died down a while ago.
I hate this movie, it generates the stereotype that anyone who smokes marijuana does it all day every day. Also trying to study the effects of smoking for 30 days doesn't make much sense as marijuana, as with any drug, effects all people quite differently.
