I think that it might be an exaggeration but I agree, there will be lots of changes from the demo until the final game (they have to hand in a promotion code of the game a month early) Yeah but the core gameplay from the beta feels like Uncharted 2 and that's why they bashed Gears 3. Sure there will be tweaks from the beta but the core gameplay is not going to change 1 bit

I bet Arkham City or Skyrim will be fighting for it. Sorry I love Gears 3 and Uncharted 3 looks great but them two games combined don't shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence as our holy lord and saviour, Skyrim. From the looks of Arkham City's reviews it looks amazing too
