I've heard rumors of Alan Wake's release? That'd definitely be my #1 if true.

I've had both Jericho and Charon (karma was too low to attain the BHOS follower), but I am curious to how many more options are available. I'm assuming you can get a slaver from Paradise Falls? Maybe someone in Rivet City?
Thanks
Yeah, I've already got a D-link router in the next room. All I need is a wireless network card to install in a PCI slot
no one knows the top-notch wireless networking card? USB is fine too, although personally it seems the USB network adapter would lag more by default.
thanks
Just get a good quality wireless card and you are good to go. Lower quality ones may lag, but as long as it is a good brand, with good quality, you will be perfectly fine. I just use a $100 Linksys N one on my gaming rig, and I get 0 lag whatsoever

nice. thanks. do you happen to know the model of it to give me a ballpark idea? thanks
[QUOTE="BloodyAnalCrust"]any wireless card works. really they all do the same thing and as far as i know there arnt really any for gaming. there is one card that is made for gaming and it is called a The "killer nic"I've gotta' router in the next room, so I need to figure out which PCI card would be the best for online gaming. No lag, no BSOD, etc.
Thanks in advance for any input.

I know for a fact that some lag more than others, though. This sucks. There has to be one that has the best reception. I know about this "killer nic" thing, but it's expensive as hell, and I don't even have high speed interweb, so I don't know how effective it would be.
But just by reading the reviews on newegg, it seems quite difficult to find one that is.... hm, not ideal... but bearable for online gaming. :|
thanks

GTR2 is the most realistic racing game ever made. it's also probably the most difficult and unforgiving racing game ever made. i love it, but i can imagine why many wouldn't.
if you're looking for a PC equivalent of Gran Turismo, sadly there isn't one.

Yes, that is what I was looking for, and that sucks. I will play all of these games listed above, and stick to the one that is the toughest/has the greatest tracks. Do any of them allow you to blow out your transmission for shifting at the wrong time? In the end, I might just get Colin McRae and resort to the olden days. :P
But when will a Gran Turismo-like game come to PC? EVER?! There's just something about buying a cheap used car, attaining money through winning races, fixing it up, while staying away from EA that gives me a hard on.
Richard Burns Rally, GTR 2, GT Legends, Race 07, GTR Evolution, rFactor, Live for speed.

Thanks, everyone. I'm gonna' check out all of these games. Which one is the most addicting? Do all of these allow you to upgrade your vehicle as you gain money? Also, which ones contain the widest variety of street cars? (as opposed to pro racers & concept cars)
thanks
