I like games that are challenging, but I don't like games that punish you incessantly for dying. princeofshapeirThen don't die.

Hermits called it the second coming back when it released. Now since it's multiplat it's terrible? :roll:According to VGChartz Crysis 2 sold just under 1m copies.
Crysis isn't a game, it's a PC benchmarking tool.
Turning it into a console game is hilarious, I bet lotsa people will buy it.

So? they made a great game...BTW the Gods of the gaming industry? WTH?
Doom, Quake, Wolfenstein... they used to be Nintendo level, elite developers unmatched and unsurpassed. Their efforts in the last decade and a half however have been disappointing. I fear we may be headed towards a Rare like crash for id as well. Probably all new employees. That's what happens to many studios over the years. Rare is pretty much a totally new studio but sporting the Rare name[QUOTE="madsnakehhh"][QUOTE="crippled_ram"]I'm disappointed that the first id game in so long scores so low.crippled_ram
So low?
It's id Software. They're like the Gods of the gaming industry. Especially since this is there newest project since Doom 3... It's like us waiting for Valve to release HL3 for 6 years and when it comes out it scores an 8. Not good[QUOTE="racing1750"][QUOTE="SaltyMeatballs"]Only problem is the jaggies, like most console games.SaltyMeatballsThe one thing I've not seen in this demo is jaggies. I'm looking at the screen right now and I can't see any. I play about 3ft from the screen, Must be a small screen, but yeah I did play close to the screen, the demo downloaded and I just had a few races. I played it normally and the jaggies aren't bad. They arnt bad, but they do make the sharp lines on cars a little fuzzy. Graphics in general are great though
