I'm laughing as I sit hear reading this thread of emails. Is that what it's called sonny... a thread? Back In my times we didn't have computers we had to post messages on a board, with a tack and if you wanted to reply you either called them at Klondike 5-2118 or you posted a new message with another tack right below it.

=)

I'm 40 and I game my butt off almost daily. When I can make the time to neglect my family and work and chores. Been gaming since the days of Pong, then the Atari 2600, than an Intellivision, then the NES, Super NES, Genesis, and so on and so on.

Games are like movies, for all ages. Now if you don't mind I need to take my geritol, and get ready for some more GOW3 action... I just love giving you young punks what fer!

I went to my local Best Buy today to cash in my christmas gift cards for a 120 GB PS3 and all they had were these $450 bundles of a 250 GB PS3 and a controller and a game or something, I forget. Anyhoo... after scrounging for literally 30 minutes or more, I found *1* PS3 120 GB at the end of some obscure aisle, completely away from the video game section.

I also noticed afterwards that *all* the Wiis and 360s were bundles only, the only stand alone systems were a stack of about 12 Arcade 360s. What's the dilly yo? Sony isn't phasing out the 120 GB already for the 250 GB are they?

Got my PS3 and a copy of Dead Space. But man, what a pain.

Anyone else experience an absence of 120 Slims?

For all you folks jumpnig ship, I'll swap you.

I have a 2 month old PSP 3000 (black) and 2 4GB mem cards. I'll swap you for your PSP Go since you have tired of it and the PSN. I love the PSN, and the selection of games offered. Already downloaded 17 games.

And more are to come, just watch, I'm telling you come holiday time that thing is gonna been packed fat with games.

But... if you're really that tired of your PSP Go, hit me up. We'll work a deal. I'll even provide you with my ebay reference, 100% positive.

Up to you...

I just finished the game and was a little disappointed. It played alright, the force moves were great, the story was fine. But... I had two major issues with the game:

1) I hate revisiting the same area more than once and on several missions you were revisiting old locations, they could have at least re-used the cool ones???

2) At the end, when you have to choose which villain to fight, it doesn't really matter because both outcomes suck and provide no sense of accomplishment.

On the flipside, there is something very satisfying about slaying a Rancor!

Personally, I think the PSN additions are going to be slow from now until the holidays, then I expect Sony to unleash some long sought after games from the PS1 and PSP collections to boost their holiday sales.

I see everyone already "jumping ship" from their psp go and I laugh. Just give it time. Download something else to play until your favorites become available. I personally downloaded about 17 games and have been slowly churning my way through them. Some old, some new.

I figure by the time I finish, the holidays will be here and I can download enough titles to last my the next 12 months in Korea.

With what frequency do new games get added to the PSN? Monthly, weekly, do they even have a routine schedule? Just wondered.

Thanks,

Well played, but I have an Imac, so Media Go or whatever it's called is not an option for me, sadly.

Thanks,

I tested it on my PSP, it works fine. JUST BE CAREFUL!

Every game downloaded to your PSP saves in your Game folder inside your PSP folder. Your first downloaded game also creates a License folder, and every game downloaded after that adds a new license to that folder. So, all you really need to do is copy your Game folder and License folder to a safe location each time you add a new game to your library. This way you can add remove at your leisure and not have to re-download something and wait, like me, sometimes 100 minutes (I use DSL).

The files to look for specifically are as follows. In the Game folder each game downloaded will create a subfolder with a unique name like UCUS98711. DO NOT CHANGE THIS NAME. Simply write down somewhere that this alpha numeric number is whatever game. This folder will also have 2 files in it, a .DAT file and a .PBP file. The License folder will have one file per game and it should mirror the subfolder created in the Game folder. For instance my License folder has a .RIF file that includes the UCUS98711 in its filename, so you know it is associated with that game.

Hope this helps those out there like me who only have a 4 GB memory stick, but have downloaded 20 GB of games. Again, simply copy the Game folder and the License folder to a safe location and keep track of which License file is associated with which Game file and copy those 3 files over respectively and you can add, remove, rearrange all your games as you like.

Later,

BDN

Can the PSP even handle them? I'd like to see some, as I'm sure we'd all like to.

All I own is a PSP, and game here and there where I have 5-10 minutes, but it's been really neat replaying the oldies but goodies like Nuclear Strike, Castlevania, RE, etc.

But I totally missed some older cool looking games like The Thing, Hulk Ultimate Destrcution, so-on and so-on.

Later folks.
